Imposition of article 245 within Islamabad and insistence of Imran Khan to stage freedom march as scheduled makes the critical situation in the country more critical. The attitude of parties other than PTI and PAT is also ambiguous. In the prevailing conditions the situation maybe described as that of see-saw. The opposition parties are also in a situation of wait and see. On the one hand they try to please Nawaz Sharif by saying that they want to save democracy and the present system but in the same breath they express there displeasure on imposition of article 245. In this situation, they are behaving like a person who wants to please the garden owner and the one who wants to pick from there garden. This attitude maybe called hypocritical the politicians with this attitude are known for there intellect some for there piety and the others for there claim to be conscience keeper of the nation as per there own claims. Then why they are behaving so is the question which can be answered only with an objective version which means that public pressure and vested interest are at conflict with hypocritical parties. They cannot annoy Nawaz Sharif for the material benefit that they can gain from him at the same time they are afraid of public wrath for there support to Nawaz Sharif. The Nation which is left at the mercy of such leadership cannot sale out of the crisis with safety.

There is a controversy as to whose responsibility are IDPs from Waziristan federal government or KPKs government. Its a fact that Waziristan is in FATA (an abbreviation of Federally administered tribal areas). Therefore the problems of FATA are to be solved by the federal government. Yet in case of influx of IDPs numbering about a million has uncovered incompetence of federal government when it did not prepare itself for accommodating IDPs well in advance. For there failure they have been trying to impute lack of responsibility to KPK government. Today the tragedy along coastal area of Karachi which has so far registered 31 deaths by drowning in sea there is a conflict among various institutions of federal government as to whose negligence has resulted in failure of precautions along coastal areas to prevent the tragedies. There are quiet a few departments of federal government each putting blame on the other. It means from Waziristan to the coast of Karachi federal government has failed even to identify its territorial responsibilities. The federal government had further abandoned its responsibility to protect the capital and has decided to handover charge of capital to the army. During his second tenure as prime minister, Nawaz Sharif has given task of collecting electricity bills and unearthing ghost schools to army and the Army ultimately ousted his government and the supreme court in a unanimous judgment including has declared that because of its Mal-performance and its failure to ensure life and property production to people of Pakistan the army has rightly came to people's rescue and ousted Nawaz Sharif in National interest. It is a fact that Nawaz Sharif did not challenge this verdict of Supreme Court and the present situation prevailing in the country is an irrefutable corroboration of the judgment of Supreme Court in Zafar Ali Shah's case. When such a government with all its demerits is stubborn enough to reform or to leave, the result will be collapse of the so called democratic system of which Nawaz Sharif a rightful successor to Zia-Ul-Haq per his own claim is attempted to be defended by imposition of article 245 of the constitution. He is bound to counter-blast and the sole responsibility of such undesirable situation will be on the black smith family of Raiwind.

A major irritant in our politics is MQM. They introduce ethnicity in Pakistan they launched campaign of dead bodies packed in gunny bags to deter there opponents. They are authors of Urdu-Pushto conflict whenever there interest demand they collaborate with PPP and if PML-N is in power and Altaf Bhai is under threat of arrest in London they rush to fall in the lap of Nawaz Sharif as it is now. They have lost there credibility among masses other than part of Urdu speaking community of Karachi and 2, 3 towns of interior Sindh. They are self-proclaimed emancipators of the lower classes. They exploit class conflict in the country and they are potential law breakers but are organized enough to get there law breaker's immunity from process of accountability. They feel that they alone are advocates of neglected class of society and no one else has the right to become popular among Pakistani masses. The proposed Azadi march of Imran Khan may not be agreed with by many people including myself but to depry Imran Khan of his right to protest in a peaceful manner to achieve his proposed objectives or to be his ruthless critics is evidence of MQM's hypocritical stance with the masses but there clandestine conspiratorial agenda with Nawaz Sharif. The MQM was baby of Zia-ul-Haq for dislodging PPP in Karachi politics. There birth is not in this manner a normal political process, they are brought into being by a dictator and they cover up there dubious inticident by lip service to cause of people. There history is a record of vacillation and infidelity with what they claim to project.

Imam Ali had said "A nation is doomed whose ruler is a trader." How true it is of Pakistan. A trader is always interested in reeping profit from his merchandise and when a nation makes him its ruler the nation becomes a merchandise and is recklessly sold for the benefit of the ruler by the ruler. Whether there was a justification or there is a justification of invoking article 245 in the prevailing circumstances of Pakistan the fact remains that the ruler of Pakistan irrespective of what is happening in Pakistan has been enjoying Saudi Royal hospitality on the context that he is busy performing an optional ritual of Umrah whereas the obligatory of Haj is to be performed only once in life. The holy prophet in his whole life performed only one Haj but our rulers does not hesitate to describe his business tours to Saudi Arabia as an Umrah. The nation which elects or selects such ruler is certainly responsible for its doom. The photo shots projected on media in Pakistan show Nawaz Sharif in attendance in the Saudi Royal Court dressed in glamorous three piece suits. No photo shot of Nawaz Sharif has shown his presence in Ihram in Kaaba or paying any visit to Masjid-e-Nabwi. Even if one performs an obligatory ritual in ostentation like Salat he is condemn to hell in the code of Holy Quran. The issue of 452 has become for government like a chameleon in its throat which it can neither swallow nor it can vomit. Because if it swallows it will suffer laprocy and if it vomits it will suffer humiliation. Leaving aside the incompetence and the reckless greed of the rulers, people of Pakistan have been led into a confusion by TUQ into a revolution which will not be religious but a modern caliphate. If it is not religious how can it be in model of righteous caliphate. Another analyst of dubious antecedents Zaid Hamid is confusing intelligentsia about revolution he anticipates. He also courts Mao Za tun, Khomeini, Putin and others in the same breath as Hazrat Umer. Allah knows where our Kayas and Crisis will end up. There is saying of a persion sage. "If this is the seminary and this is the mullah. The fate of the disciples is doom."

Tahir Ul Qadri syndrome is an aggravating factor to the crisis of Pakistan. Part of what he said yesterday was critically appreciated with an independent post by me. It was also sent to his wall but he has not replied to it. Today he said that he will solve economic problems of Pakistan and will alleviate the fate of the poor by utilizing multimillion dollars misappropriated by the sitting rulers or those presently out of power. This formula is least viable because stocks exhausts. For permanent solution we need to have permanent source for creation of wealth/ capital. TUQ certainly has so far-failed as to how he will generate capital to meet the recurring demand of for implementation of his utopian revolution. Maybe he succeeds by emotional exploitation to gain his objective but soon people's hope will be dashed to ground and the resentment than created will definitely endanger the national solidarity. He is better advised to be less provocative and more careful that he not giving false hopes to people who have already been much exploited by men like him. By the spurious saviors like him. Let him not divert genuine peoples wishes to have a revolution which would uproot every fraud and fallacy.

No one with an objective mind can deny the fact that Pakistan is suffering deep crisis and it has reached a critical stage. In such situation adventurers do emerge to reap some harvest from the declining house. In Pakistan one of such adventurers is obviously TUQ. He claims to be the ultimate authority in Islamic teachings but says his revolution will not be based on religion. Tonight his speech on ARY he has unfolded as to what would be the shape of post revolution Pakistan. He has talked about form of government devolving state authority to grass root. How clumsy it is we will discuss it some subsequent post. Presently we want to inform the self esteemed visionary that the post revolution judiciary highlighted by him is neither feasible nor of any benefit to the nation. He says that he will establish as many supreme courts in the country as there will be divisions therein he must know that every court of appeal must have not less than 3 judges. Where from he will bring the number of judges to meet his requirement. He further says that he will establish as many high courts as there will be number of districts. The number of judges required for such high courts may far exceed 4 figure digits. Where from he will bring such qualified persons he says he will have as many session judges as there will be number of union councils. God alone knows where is the stock pile of men or women to meet his requirement. He further says he will appoint as many civil judges and magistrates as there are villages in the country. Again the number required for manning the posts of civil judges and magistrates will be the in-imagination of the visionary alone. What will be the finances required for these projects and where from he will generate the same is yet in his dreams. The self-styled sage probably does not know that there is probably only one Supreme Court which has the population of 1 billion humans and that also it sits and holds sessions only in Delhi. He also does not know that British empire had only one preview-council to cater for the Kingdom from Canada to Cape Town and it would always sit in London. Even today taht council is one and that also in London. The sage must know that it is always the quality of dispensation and not the host of judges. If such visionaries undertake adventures the results will be all worse than we are facing at the hands of fools and the greedy persons ruling our country for the last 67 years. May Allah save us from such reformers who are only adding to our crisis and are making our future far more gloomier than we are in our present.

Nawaz Sharif and his younger brother who happens to be CM of Punjab and who has not so far chosen his second name after his failure to perform according to his tall talk. First wanted to overawe TUQ and Imran Khan by boasting that they will launch a counter celebration of independence day i.e. 14th August. To counteract Imran Khan's call for freedom march, later on Nawaz Sharif attempted to give an impression that the arm forces are with him and that on 14th August they will act according to his wishes and lead armed forces' celebratory parade. The Sharif brothers thought that by show of such a force they will scare away Imran Khan's march which was first Tsunami and later on freedom march. To impress upon people that the armed forces are to act as desired by him he had quiet a few meetings with a chief of staff and last of all he paid a visit to GHQ where he was given a customary reception. Through out the day his cabinet members who like himself are divide of any vice and sensible demeanor have been boasting with implications that Nawaz Sharif will be saved by the armed forces. The latest news items in National media show that Nawaz Sharif has miserably failed to achieve his desired end and now he has given his schedule to hold his celebrations in the night between 13th and 14th of August and that also from 10 pm to 00:00 hour and int that ceremony only 160 personals from the armed forces will give a guard of honor. It means that he has surrendered the theater carved by himself for a bout with Imran Khan. First taking a desperate stand and then giving in proves that he is a bully, he shouts at the weak and submits to a forceful encounter. This weakness of a government will have another counter-productive effect that all the potential law breakers will be emboldened to intensify there anti-social activities.

As posted sometimes earlier Muslim League after the demise of the Quaid-e-Azam instead of behaving like a mother has been acting like a step mother. It was in this background that the stalwart Muslim Leader almost among the champions of the movement Sardar Shaukar Hyat had said about Muslim League that the mother has become tubercular and she must leave the children other wise the entire Nation will be effected. Had the old 'Leaguer' been alive till date he would say. Here is Nawaz Sharif who proves my contention. He has afflicted the Nation with poverty and has reduced it to the status of a beggar and he himself has become the Karoon of this age. His latest anti-national and selfish project is to soak the roads of Islamabad with the blood of innocent Pakistanis. Where was Nawaz Sharif last year on the 14th of August. Surely he was leading the government. Why didn't he celebrate 14th of August as a National event in public and felt content with celebrating it in his hideout. His excuse is worse than his sin. Such designs Nawaz Sharif have been aggravating the crisis in the country. He is blood thirsty. Model town genocide could not satiate his thirst for human blood. He has already to his credit 60,000 innocent peoples blood shed by his brothers whom he now calls the terrorists.

Nawaz Sharif like his Saudi masters lacks wisdom yet by tons of his money makes his mare go. He is ruthless and snobbish like his masters and knows very well how to stoop low when he cannot resist pressure by forces that matter as Saudis behave visavi there masters in US. It is reported that he along with his family will fly to Saudi Arabia to observe Eitikaf and celebrate Eid. Is this the service he is making to IDPs. He was expected to be in Banu in the coming days and leave alone even Islamabad the seat of his authority and luxury. He is worse than Nero because Nero was still in Rome when it was burning. But at all critical junctures he creates his alibi to be elsewhere than the scene of the tragedy like a well experienced criminal. His departure to Saudi Arabia will not be winning pleasure of Allah almighty because he would shirk his responsibility to be with the people who are in misery and whose fate is in his hands. The Khwajas who advice Imran Khan not to be in London must better advice there lord to be in Pakistan in those days when the IDPs about 1 million in number will be celebrating Eid as people abandoned by there custodian. These Mal-performances of Nawaz Sharif aggravate crisis in Pakistan.

The Bible is in the Genesis says “He was grandson of holy Prophet Noah”, but the Muslim mythology says Kanan was the Prophet’s son because of his disobeying Prophet’s invitation to join him in his Ark at the time of the Deluge. He was declared to be not worthy of his father.” I am reminded of this verdict of the holy Quran when I come across a number of cases of fraud attributed to Aniq Ahmad and his guilt resulting in arrest of his mother Rubia Amjad. In these cases the mother is not at fault but the conduct of the son had to force her even to jail. This alarming news puts me to reminiscence. Rubia Amjad (hereafter the lady) is granddaughter of Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan of Dhoke Sharfa. Because of his fast brotherly relationship with my father, Syed Ghulam Farid Shah. I have had the privilege of his patronage for years to gather. I may say without fear of contradiction that my assessment of his personality may far exceed any living soul including his two sons Haji Amjad Khan and Sardar Nawazish Khan and his two daughters Mrs. Major Ameer and Mrs. Qazi Muhammad Naeem, because while logged in his home my association with him remained much closer than anyone else and I had the privilege of his guidance and it will not be against facts if I maintain that whatever I am it is because; of my grooming by my father and by Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan. Both these great men were by any standard qualified to be called Walis (ولی) and saints living their lives according to the standard set by the holy Quran and the Sunnah of the holy Prophet (S.A.W.W.) Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan was one of the architects of the political group in the district which led Sardar Sir Skandar Hayat Khan to the Premier Ship of Pre-Partition Punjab. His house was the epicenter of political activity in district Attock. I have often seen scores of dignitaries of district Attock and Rawalpindi division at his house as guest. I have often seen about a hundred such dignitaries staying at his home at night, as means of communications in those days were rare and the district headquarter was more than 120 miles from its extreme habitation on eastern and southern sides. It was wonderful that the beds arranged for such guests were all covered with white sheets and pillows and one could not discern as to any of the guests is superior to the rest because the arrangements were all similar and the meals were one and the same for all the guests. It is noteworthy and an example for those who claim to be champions of unity of variant sects of Muslims: I have often seen at his house fire brand Shias and Sunnis and also Wahabis sitting on his dining table and staying as his guests often having pleasant discussion about their varying rituals and religious views. Sardar Ghulam Hussain Khan, Qazal Bash, the maternal uncle of General Yahya Khan a renowned Shia leader , my own maternal uncle Syed Mir Ahmad Shah (the adviser to Sardar Abdul Rab Nishtar Governor of the Punjab) was a known ‘Barailvi’ Sunni leader, my father and Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan had almost leaning to ‘Ahle Hadis’ School, Hakim Muhammad Hayat of district Swabi, a die hard ‘Wahabi’ all were often seen together, but without any noise or provocative phrases, they would discuss political, religious, social and cultural issues. The fact is that sincerity of purpose and service to the cause of Islam was their main objective and not personal promotion and mundane gains. Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan had personal relation with Moulana Abul Kalam Azad and when he promoted cause of Congress he and my father quitted him. They had served the cause of Khilafat Movement as close associates of Moulana Muhammad Ali Johar. ………………………………………………………………………. The above is partial facsimile of a letter written by Moulana Shoukat Ali the brother of Moulana Muhammad Ali Johar is luckily available with us. It shows how deep their commitment to the cause was. In those days gold was Rs 15 per tola. My father courted arrest during Khilafat Movement agitation foregoing an offer from the government for him to be recruited as Tehsildar. The above is a fraction of contributions made by Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan and my father to the cause of Islam. Later on, both the friends in quick succession with Ghulam Muhammad Khan of Bathar joined Jamat e Islami at very early stages and remained one after the other Amir Jamat e Islami for number of years. Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan made a great contribution to the cause of Jamat e Islami when he at very insignificant and nominal price of Rs 50\kanal almost “donated” six hundred kanals of land for establishing Darul Salam Colony to be a model city of Islamic complex in Attock. Jamat e Islami leaders i.e. Moulan Modoodi, Mian Tufail Muhammad , Sadiq ul Hassan Gilani, Nasrullah Khan Aziz, Professor Ibrahim and many others used to be guests at Sardar Akbar Khan’s house. Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan was himself a great research scholar in theology. He wrote quite a few books on such subjects. Two of his such work ‘Sirate Mustaqeem (صراط مستقیم ) and Ahtamam Jihad (اہتمام جہاد) are available on my site i.e. smayubbukhari.com. In the early days of partition the belongings of evacuees which they have to abandon were being robbed by the locals as booty. The Govt. in affected areas made arrangement for the safety of evacuees abandoned properties and movables. My father and Sardar Muhammad Akbar Khan were interested take care of such properties and valuables so that they may reach the reserving of hand of refuge of India. It remains a fact without contradiction that neither of them allowed anyone to mishandle or misappropriate whatever was so interested nor either of them misused their authority to make any dishonest gains. The reputation of house of Sadar Muhammad Akbar Khan has been how irreparably damaged how deep has been injury caused to them and how grave and grievous has been the tension they have been made to suffer betrays any exact description further because the cases to the extent of the lady have been found to be false by the police. For me as well these events shall remain a perpetual stigma. I feel it my duty to post my observation herein as a record on my website.

It is strange that both political and religious leadership of this country is least worried about the atrocities being committed on its citizens by its citizens (of course non-state actors or terrorists). It is not understandable that why MWM particularly is not mourning what has been happening and continues to happen against Shia community. Its voice is not heard but for once what has been happening in Taftan, Quetta, Lulusar and Gilgit wherein scores of Shias have been murdered for there only fault that they profess in Shiaism. These MWM people in there zeal to be visible on TV rush to be present in host organized by TUQ whereas the fact is that he or anyone from his party was not seen in Quetta, Taftan, Lulusar and so many other places which are soaked in blood of Shias. I don't say that model town tragedy is not to be condemned. It is a national tragedy but unfortunately it has been misappropriated by TUQ and he alone wants to harvest its after-effects. Therefore he has made it his own cause which is unfortunate. There is always voice against Israel which off course is commendable. Yet Pakistan alone is not of any effect to have a fruitful protest for Palestine and against Israel because Arabs in general and Saudis in particular are in clandestine manner, Hand and Glove with Israel. In such circumstances Pakistan must act in a manner which is of benefit to the Palestinians and raises Pakistan's stature in International politics. The result of solo-flight of Pakistan in this context adds to its already aggravated problems and the Muslim Ummah also does not acknowledge Pakistani efforts in this regard. There is a behavior of Pakistan's present government which agitates every sensible mind that its fore-ranking leader talks of infanticide of Palestinians by Israel but never talks of infanticide of Shias in Pakistan. It reminds one of a Potowhari idiom: "Chastisement for family and prize for the outsiders" In this self-contradictory behavior our voice looses weight because when we say Israelis have murdered so many Palestinian children the people say what about your own country. This foolish attitude of Political and religious leadership instead of being effective has raised many questions in objective minds.

In continuation of Sectarian Divides among Muslims........ Syed H Naqvi Fighting in Iraq and Syria by these Takfeeri volunteers can be taken care of by forces of Ahlibait AS but in Pakistan we are not organized enough to counter them. Govt of Pakistan and courts must do their best to stem this trend. My dear Naqvi Sb let us examine historicity of Shias contribution in making of Pakistan as far as they were not led by their clergy. It would reveal without fear of contradiction that without active role of Shias Pakistan would have not come into being because Sunni effective sect by and large was against creation of Pakistan. To proof first part of my contention I would quote that Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Sir Sultan Shah, Agha Khan, Raja of Mehood Abad and other like them were spear heading Pakistan movement were Shias Mr. Jinnah and Raja of Mehmood Abad were Shias Twelvers whereas Sir Sultan Shah Agha khan was living Imam of the ever first splinter group of Shias who are called Sixer. In the second category quoted above Hussain Ahmad Madni( chief of deoband school), Abdu l Kalam Azad though liberal and exponent of Sunni, Anyat Ullah Mashriki scholar of high calibre belonging to Sunni school adds from his writing one draws irresistible influence that he was oppose to Shias concepts, Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari, and while short listing above all Mulana Modudi a renowned Sunni scholar were against Pakistan movement. However, it is significant to note that Shias leading Pakistan movement didn’t belong to orthodoxy nor they sort verdict of justification of their movement for Shia clergy. Soon after independence Shia clergy jumped in politics and established different groups rival to each other with claims to safeguard Shia interest and in this respect big names are Syed Muhammad Delvi, Hafiz Kafait Hussain\Muzafar Ali Shamsi, Mufti Jaffer Hussain and their rival Jamil Hussain rizvi and Hamid Musfi fought with each other collected funds in the name of Ahlibait AS and fought effectively promoting the cause of Shia interest in Pakistan. Leaving aside what were other demerits of their movement they divided Sihas into different personal groups causing each other to be agents of anit-Shia formations. The basic faults with these leaders were that they demanded separate syllabus for Shia students in courses about Muslim history. This unthought-of demand, I will say lay the foundation of Shia-Sunni conflict in Pakistan. However, conflict remains confined to debates without blaming Shias to be kaffir. Yet a greater harm and irredeemable damage to Shias was conspired and instigated by Zia Ul Haq and Mufti Jaffer Hussain was played manipulated by him when he on 6th of July 1980 organized Shia protest rally in Islamabad demanding exemption of Shias from provisions of zakat and ushar ordinance. This was what was required by Zia to isolate Shias and to expose them to criticism of the orthodox Deobandis and pro-Saudi group of Sunni clerics. It was at this juncture that Saudi lobby came into action and called Shias to be erratic. This was the time that Zia Ul Haq succeeded in twisting of Shias arms thinking that thereby he will weaken pro Iran lobby in Pakistan which was aim of USA because of Iran Iraq war. The still greater fault of Shia clerics who were by now rightly or wrongly occupied position of leadership of Shias resorted to collect funds and khums from Shias and misappropriated the amounts so collected and kept busy the milat in listening to their sermons least relevant to their problems faced by Shias in result of non payment of zakat as per the above mentioned ordinance. Yet they failed to make alternate arrangements for the financial assistance to the needy of the Shias in Pakistan. And further the hidden damage to the needy by this version of the Shia clergy, Sunnis became hostile to Shia alm-seekers and who so ever in earlier parlance (give me in the name of Allah and the five infallible) he was retorted.” Go to Mufti Jaffer Hussain who has decreed non payment of zakat as so your creed demands”. Gradually this parlance became obsolete and “Shias are heretic” became an effective slogan of pro Saudi. Wall chalking in the country got started by Zia Ul Haqs platoon of pro Saudi clerics speared no wall no poll no billboards were left to unlettered by these anti-Shias slogans. How grave is the crime of the Shia clerics is so evident that because of the unwise and corruptive conduct of Shia clergy the roads from Taftan to Hungu are daily found with the dead bodies of those slain for their love for Ahlibait As. As the clergy failed in providing alternate of zakat to the needy Shias in the degree worst than that they have made Shias vulnerable and without any effective measures to protect them. The Shia cleric has failed to compete Sunni clerics in providing the community any guideline for regulating their lives in a multi-creed society. There is no commendable literature produced by Shia clerics providing guied lines or solutions for socio-political problems Pakistan has been facing. There only role is to wear their brrowed clothes, look like Irani Mulas use alien phraseology which is Greek to the audience and pose themselves as saviours of the community under assault by the rivals and in some way or the other attributable to these clerics of Shia community. They have failed to make arrangements for creating harmony in Shias rather they are responsible for intra Shia fights. They have made the community indiscipline, arrogant and satisfied with the slogans they raise and fell that these are the measures of their salvation. New trend in Shia clergy is that he must appear on tv and make false statements about their stature and scholarly authenticity, where as they are completely ignorant of the current problems. They boast to liberate Al-Quds and destroy America with the only justification that they are copying Iranian’s. Unless the Shia Mula is kept at a respectable distance from the society Shias cannot expect any relief from the relentless victimisation they have been facing since Zia’s time.

IN CONTINUATION OF CRISIS IN PAKISTAN Yesterday Zaid Hamid an analyst vehemently (as it is usual with him) stated that Pakistani volunteers are operative in Iraq siding I.S.I.S and also in Syria siding with the rebels there. Though obviously in furtive tone stated that some Pakistani are also joined Hizbullah in the troubled areas, this part of the statement is rather an attempt by him to appear just though without facts. How these elements have gone there. Who provided them the space and the facility to travel that far. Be as it may there will be  many dangerous suspicion about Pakistani Government being slack or accommodative to those who are interested in sumugling of these elements to the troubled areas of Iraq and Syria. One may say that Nawaz Govt. reluctance to launch timely operation in Waziristan and that was the reason that his defence minister and other Vocal members of his cabinets were under mining the efforts to launch an effective and timely operation in North Waziristan. This phenomenon will yet be another aggravating factor in chaos and crisis in Pakistan.

The pace of chaos has become quicker than it used to be since 1947. The massacre of seventhieth June perpetrated by Muslim League who claim to be mother of Pakistan. Such treatment is not given even by step mother to the children of her husband from another wife. What was the justification for hitting in the mouths of ladies clad in classical Islamic dress and staying in a seminary though the sharp shooters might have had any sectarian bias against them. Why innocent people were killed and ruffed up as enemies by govt. of Mian Nawaz Sharif whose party men call him Quaid E Azam sani may be he himself believes to be senior to Quaid Azam himself because he says he could not be daunted by U.S. while he expressed his determination to explode his so called atom bomb. He has behaved like the hawk of a waiver which would always catch the chickens of the masters when thrown to prey a patrage . The verse part of the story is that the whole of the nation and the leader who deem it to be catastrophe verse than that of Jilian Wala Bagh committed by General Dire. Have so far not reacted to the tyranny even as meekly as Shias do. This reaction to tyranny speaks of total loss of self respect by the leaders of the country. Making speeches holding press conferences enjoying Iftar parties and giving lectures full of verbosity is no contribution to the cause of the slain without any fault and the emancipation of the nation from its enslavement by Sharifs of Raiwand. It appears in days to come. which will not be too many, the nation will be reduced to a colony of Sharifs.

Unfortunately the champions of democracy in our country are babies of dictators for instance Bhutto used to say 'Ayub Khan is my Dady'. Nawaz Sharif claims that his godfather is Zia-Ul-Haq. Tahir-Ul-Qadri too has in our presence said that Musharraf has the same agenda which Imam Hussain had. I posted this fact directly to TUQ but up til now he has failed to contradict it. Chaudaries? There credentials are not unknown. Imran too was mounting the truck celebrating victory of Pervaiz Musharraf in the so called referendum. Syed Maududi too has unfortunately been succeeded by Siraj-Ul-Haq. All these figures including Zardari only second to Nawaz Sharif in corruption is also champion of democracy. Vacillating Altaf Hussain never seizes to proclaim cause of democracy whereas he has been lobbyist of Pervaiz Musharraf. The remaining theocratic leaders like Fazl-Ur-Rehman and Sami-Ul-Haq are apology to any system. This is the sum total of our leadership. The genuine revolution is always preempted by the masters of our destiny. Sometimes by building up ZA Bhutto and now TUQ. Genuine revolution and a patriotic revolution unfortunately a remote dream. Our people have proved that they are emotional crowd least interested in listening to reason. If majority of such people with this leadership form a government how we can call it a system for the people, by the people. To quote Molvi Fareed Ahmed of east Pakistan "In our country our democracy is OFF the people, BUY the people and FAR the people." This democracy has been in vogue since the first day. How many generations will suffer this democracy is a question which cannot be answered easily and with certainty.

As is it is evident from the events of this week namely tragedy of Lahore Model Town wherein Gullu But was given not only free hand but blessings of Punjab Government to demonstrate and perform in a manner which establishes that Pakistan is in the hands of gangsters, ruthless murderers and reckless ghundas protected by federal and provincial government. It is all the more painful that the opposition too is a pack of pigmies who serve no better than a teaser calf. TUQ feels that by relentless rhetoric he can deliver as Khomeini. His shy and coward supporter have not been able to prove there competence and capacity to steer out of crisis the boat of the nation. The government which is corruption personified is guilty of committing atrocities which could not be perceived in 21st century. I am sometimes forced to believe that the World Powers have let loose PML-N government on poor Pakistanis so that the people lose confidence in the state and when US wants to restructure Pakistan there may be no resistance. Otherwise it is impossible that atrocities being committed by the present regime in Pakistan may go unnoticed by the United Nations or at least by Amnesty International. One may ask why to complain against UN or AI even the Supreme Court of Pakistan has not deemed it a proper case to take suamoto notice of the gory drama played in Lahore in order to scare away the critics of the atrocities of the present regime. It has been always projected that Pakistan is manifestation of a dream of a visionary like Alama Iqbal but these days there is a common quote that two friends met each other who had seen two different visions in dreams of each of them. One said I had a dream which was so terrible, so dreadful that I could not sleep thereafter and it was that Pakistan has been further disintegrated. The other said that the vison I saw was more dreadful than yours. It was that Pakistan will remain the same in the hands of Sharifs.

I started using Facebook on 26th August 2012 and in those days Pakistan's judicial system was in a grip of a one-eyed Cyclops. Arslan's case was also in those days an alarming lis in the history of judiciary of Pakistan. How that case was being handled by Supreme Court was a matter of concern for every conscientious person. A patty 17 grade civil servant had by now turned into a business tycoon courtesy his father who was leading the judiciary of Pakistan. In these circumstances we posted the following message:

After the registration of criminal case about Lahore tragedy there remains no doubt that State of Pakistan is hostage to families interest of Sharifs, there courtrie, the outgoing Chief Justice, the adherence of Status co and anti people handful of persons. It is strange that prior to enacting the gory scene in model town. The CM of Punjab made a call to corp-commander of Lahore and sought security of his family by the armed forces. Why so? The other telltale event is alibi of Nawaz Sharif from Pakistan on the fateful day. Both the CM and the PM will have to explain that these steps taken by them. The Khwaja Sarahs and Rana Sana Ullah are just the musallis of the feudal lords who do not hesitate to commit any inhuman act to please there master. Scaring away Sheikh Rasheed (another bonga of Pakistan) from taking his train march is also indicative of the fact that either he was in league with them or they had over odd-him not to take this exercise. He easily submitted to the threat. To achieve this and the lethal weapon of Police might have been shown to him and all his chivalry faded away so much so that he was not seen in media giving his rhetoric and exposing his chest to receive the bullets of police.

Purpose of British Empire for creation of Saudi Dynasty is well described in a book titled “Confessions of a British Spy and British Enmity against Islam. Eighth Edition” by Thomas Edward Lawrence. No doubt during those days Ottoman Empire which was though nominal yet symbolic of Muslim unity in the world was suffering from corruption, mal-governance and other evils which are always disastrous for a society or a state. Instead of being dissolved it could be reformed by removing the corrupt ottoman rulers or the system which was the state craft of the Ottomans. The British colonial power decided to dissolve the symbol of Muslim unity and instead install a group of religious fanatics who believed that but for them all the Muslims were heretics and liable to be made slaves as any infidel is. The author of the book who was main character in evolving strategy to simultaneously get dissolved the Ottoman Caliphate and Install the above group which he had already found as Saudis of Najad, what was the modus oprendi of British spy. The success of the spy has been resulting in misery of Ummah and its affliction to endure. However obviously the remedy of this affliction seems too remote in centuries. So installed in body of Muslims as a cancerous venom though the Saudis were first despised by Muslims as there true identity was visible from there misdeeds against Muslims and Islam. It looks strange that how did these cancerous designers became successful in there evil adventure. The parable quoted by Sheikh Farid-ud-din a famous saint of India and reported in book biographies of Saints. ‘Siyyar-ul-Aoulia’ by Syed Muhammad Mubarik Kirmani will illustrate this phenomena: “One day Satan came to eve and handed over custody of a child to her saying that he is a son and his name is Khanas and she should look after the child. When Adam PBUH returned to his house and inquired about the child, the eve told him the story. Adam PBUH became annoyed and showed the child out. The next day when Adam came back to his house the child was still there, Adam cut him into pieces and threw the pieces on top of hillocks. The next day Satan again came and got his child resurrected and brought into life. Adam slaughtered the child burned him into ashes and threw him in the river. Next day the Satan again brought the child back to life but when Adam returned home he was so furious that he slaughtered the child got it cooked and both him and Eve had the dinner with this stuff. Then voices came from inside that I wanted to be here where you yourself have deposited me forever. He further told that his name was Khanas." Khanas in arabic means an evil whisperer and those who recite the Holy Quran at its end recite chapter ‘Annas’ wherein they pray Allah to save him from Khannas. Saudis through there ill-earned wealth have injected this Khannas in the bellies of those who believe in there creed and they exploit them for their impious designs. The impious designs include disintegration of Muslim society and genocide of those who do not believe in there creed particularly the Shittes as quoted above.

Shia victimization in Pakistan its causes and remedy. Syed H Naqvi Bukhari Sb Please see my latest post on my perspective of shia killings. PLease suggest any organizational or leadership measures to change the situation. Do you think UNO is the forum OR that too is a tool of the international establishment? Naqvi Sahb, I was intending to write on this subject with as much of objectivity as humanly possible. For that purpose I wanted to have chronological data of Shia and anti Shia strife. It is not possible that I could do it without plenty of time for this purpose at my disposal, however, in view of urgency express by you i would mention some activity but without dates when the same took place. It will be under various headings that follow:-  

1. In recent past i.e. in Zia ul Haq’s period when he enforce Zakat and Ushar ordinance most probably at the inkling of some agencies that manipulate chaotic situation in the country for the advantage of the Rulers, Mufti Jafar Hussain was prompted to launch protest against the ordinance. Shias like other Muslims are quick to rise at emotional instigations at still quicker to subside and forget the issue. The folly in this agitation was that Shias refuse to pay Zakat but did not make any arrangements as an alternate for the help of the needy of the community. On the other hand lot of Sunnis rushed to swear false affidavits to the effect that they are Shias and thereby evaded payment of Zakat on their bank accounts. The anti Shia forces thought that by this devise the Shia whose are in minority may exceed numerically and be a threat to a Sunni majority benefits. In the same context Shia law of inheritance favouring female has also been exploited without bonafides by certain property owner without a male issue to falsely assume that they are Shias also aggravates the issue.
2. It is my personal  experience and I can say without fear of  contradiction that Shia clerics having licence ۔(اجازہ) from grand mujtahideen for collecting Khums misappropriate the amount spend it on their luxuries and live a life which is enviable to feudal lords. They talk in a parlance which is more than hypocritical and is often couched in phraseology alien to the people of Pakistan. They pose to act like Irani clergies or Iraqi Scholars with all the deficiency of their own knowledge about the problem faced by the Shias.
3. These facts make Shias vulnerable by those who serves on Saudis agenda to minimise Shia’s population in Pakistan.
4. In these circumstances the most regrettable lapse of Shia leadership is that it never cares for economic problem of the Shia community and do not make capable of defending themselves.

No doubt solidarity of Iran for its being our neighbour and for its being first country to recongnised Pakistan and to have stood of great assistance to Pakistan during Indian aggression. Air Marshal Asghar Khan  has often quoted that in 1965 War he was sent by Ayub Khan to seek Iran’s support for Pakistan and he says when he reached the royal palace he was without any diplomatic formalities was granted interview by the Shah who summoned his defence minister without any loss of time and ordered him to put all Air Force resources of Iran at the disposal of Pakistan. This was not because Shah was a theocratic cleric but it was for the reason that he considered solidarity of Pakistan to be in the interest of Iran. In the same spirit Shias must not boost slogans in favour of Iran. For the reason that its present government is led by Shia theocracy, their stance should be that we support Iran because peaceful Iran and peaceful Afghanistan will insure peace and prosperity in the region. The empty slogans mongering by Shia cleric glorifying Iranian cleric is taken  as provocative by the above anti Shia segment of Pakistani society.

1. Until Shia leadership identifies needy Shias’ financial problems and create means to eradicate deep sense of deprivation among Shia  have-nots. The vulnerability of Shias in Pakistan will remain intact.
2. Allah says ان لیس لاانسان الا ماسعی ۔  and Allah does not change the fate of a nation unless it strives for its change. Don’t look towards United Nation or any other agency for your protection and safety. Because you are made vulnerable either because of your behavior or because of your weakness coupled with a sting to others.

The major disturbing factor in this acute crisis is that the people who created the crisis are at the helm of affairs of the country. There in competence corruption generating cowardice and nepotism are the main causes which created theses crises. No objective historian can shut eye to the mal governance of Muslim league from after 11 September 1948 down to day. In order to remain in power, Liaquat Ali Khan was docile enough to submit to British behest to cancel invitation to USSR which he had already accepted for a state visit and instead to go to United States of America. American media boosted this visit to the extent that the photographs of Lady Liaquat with a smile under the caption ‘a hundred million smile’ were flashed universally. The American media projected a comparison between Nehru and Liaquat and observed that Liaquat was a far greater leader than Nehru. These American publications were further blown into press in order to make people believe that the summer sault taken by Liaquat Ali Khan was a very wise step but the fact remains that in years to come this summer sault proved counterproductive for Pakistan in order to make USSR a bad guy and an anti-Islam country. This part of the job was performed by the clerics. It was in these circumstances that the new born state of Pakistan was thrown into burning fire of Cold War between US and USSR. The history went on and conflict between USSR and US entered into hot war in Afghanistan again the priestly devil president of Pakistan entered into this conflict as a stooge of America and the clerics convinced the people that supporting American cause was Jihad. Now comes Pervaiz Musharraf who submitted to American pressure and engaged the country in the fight between American forces and Afghan Taliban. The situation aggravated and now we are in hell of fire but our leadership is both manifestation of folly, cowardice and corruption. People say and often question is put to me that amidst these facts how can Pakistan be saved from the loot, plunder of the rulers? The simple answer is that people should change themselves in order to get rid of these undesirable rulers. The question is what changes required of the people; the answer is in a pious formula given by the Holy Prophet of Islam. Which is narrated to the following effect:- A person came to the Holy Prophet that I have three evil Habits. “I tell lies, I take liquor and I don’t offer prayers.” He sought guidance from the Holy Prophet to get rid of these evils. The Holy Prophet replied just stop telling lies and speak the truth. History records that just because of speaking the truth and abandoning lies. The man was reformed into a virtuous person. Therefore let people stop telling lies and start telling the truth and they should call a spade a spade. The whole society will be reformed While dictating these views to my grandson Zain he put the question that if people start telling the truth they will be exposed to the tyrants and who will come to their rescue. The answer is from an advice given to us while we were law college students by the late legend Lawyer. Sardar Muhammad Iqbal, who later on became Chief Justice of Lahore High Court and also the first ombudsman of Pakistan. He used to say if you are too weak to physically react to the excesses of a person tell him with eyeball to eyeball that he has wronged you. It will certainly have the desired cut. Let the people get together and tell the tyrants the truth and no tyrant is as bold as to stand this reaction. What we say is that the whole nation should tell the truth. These coward rulers who cannot face a handful of terrorists. Can hardly stand 18 crore people determined to tell the truth. The other habit which is common with the people is addiction to personality cult. They should stop worshiping personalities and start obeying Allah and the Holy Prophet.

Karachi airport is not safe, Fateh Jang-Rawalpindi road is not safe. In the west, Pakistan is target of rockets and missiles being fired from the friendly country of Nawaz Sharif. The lethal arms found in Karachi airport attack were made in India. Most probably a response to the white saari gift presented by Nawaz Sharif to Modi's mother. But Pakistani nation should feel proud of Nawaz Sharif because his nephew Hamza Sharif enjoys security of 90 personal and according to one source Sharif family has 9000 personal for security beside those provided for security of Prime Minister. It means that the moto of Pakistan government is that let the whole country face the tragedies happening from Turkham to Taftan but Nawaz Sharif and his family should remain safe and this is most probably the desire of the Prime Minister claiming to have been elected by heavy mandate of people. He is more involved in matters of his personal and family lives and assets but least worries about the nation. This is his character in crisis. Napoleon had said "man's true character pierces through crisis." The crisis is so obvious and our governments character is also not any secret.

We have earlier written in our posts that under the heading 'Pakistan in Quagmire' that the Durand line is the main fire under the stockpile of chaff. It had been simmering for a few decades but after disintegration of Pakistan the eastern neighbor of Pakistan that is India backed up Afghans to seek the alteration in Durand Line and for this reason India has been actively supporting Afghanistan. Mullah Omer is on record to have said that Durand Line a vicious divider which has created sharp division between Muslims of the region. The PML-N leadership which is busy in appeasing Modi by sending white Saari to his mother is least cognizant of the gravity of Indo-Afghan relationship viza vi Pakistan. The missile attacks from Afghanistan whether with the convenience of Afghan government or as an independent act of Taliban is an issue which is far more serious than any other issue Pakistan has been facing in recent days yet our incompetent government is not realizing the gravity of the situation in its true context. It is more interested than personality building of there family members at the cost of National Exchequer and they have monopolized the security resources of the country for the protection of themselves. It is for this reason that security avenue of Pakistan has become vulnerable to beggers as it tragically happened at Fateh Jang railway crossing. When Hamza Shahbaz monopolizes the security resources and wants still more what will be left out of this resource for common man and those who were already target of the terrorists.

They plundered and you do the same, this is what is the moto of you both. You have been ruling this country for 32 years which is almost half of its life but for all the miladies the country has been facing you put its blame who ruled the country for only a decade. What did you do in the past 32 years that you will perform better if given time. Don't you think it is better that you quit and make room for people with patriotic sentiments who are answerable to people and to Allah. Your Mal-performance is without a parallel in South Asia.

He was the first to sharply divide peaceful society of Karachi into Muhajireen and local residents when it was the third generation of Muhajireen enjoying unprecedented hospitality of the local population. He introduced a mafia of assassins who will eliminate those who did not agree with him. Later on his mafia was divided into two. One led by Affak Ahmed and the other by himself. This intra-muhajir strife tool toll of many lives. He opened fronts with Pathans and Punjabis living in Karachi and Sindh. The ethnic divisions created by him and his philosophy are now yielding fruits where precious lives are being taken. The society has been disintegrated by him into number of groups with interse blood feuds. His politics is the politics of vacillation and arrogance. Like a conventional pro he would eat filth and shake his beak. Whatever is now happening to him is not worry of the people maybe. It is a worry of his own mafia. He is one of the harm full factors creating and worsening crisis in Pakistan.

The cry that Pakistan is passing through a critical stage is as old as Pakistan itself. After the demise of The Father of the Nation, Muslim League became a horse without harness. The leadership of Muslim League had blown a tirade of hatred against east Bengal as they fabricated law to oust a stalwart of Hussain Shaheed Soharwari from National Politics. The East Bengalis who were frustrated on language issue took it as an assault on their National Integrity. The provincial elections in Punjab NWFP and Province of Sindh were rigged as shamelessly as the ballet boxes of the candidates opposing Muslim League nominees were openly broken and ballet papers were gifted to Muslim League Candidates. Thereafter no election in Pakistan was ever fair. All though it is commonly stated that 1970 elections were fair yet the fact is that during these elections the establishment had blown up balloon of Z.A Bhutto in west Pakistan and that of Mujeeb Ur Rehman in east Pakistan while the right wing parties were projected as clowns and agents of vested interest. An artificial storm of class hatred was blown to hoodwink the voters. The establishment was suffering from laxity to control the gangsters of PPP and Awami League. After the unhappy catastrophe of disintegration of Pakistan the misrule of PPP which was a by-product of convention Muslim League added intensity to crisis in Pakistan. Then Muslim League emerged from the house of dictator come president Zia-Ul-Haq. This Muslim League flourished on fraud deception an fallacy in the name of Islam. Now comes Qiad-e-Azam Muslim League under the umbrella of Zia-Ul-Haq and the favorite baby of dictator. Nawaz Sharif became the heart and soul of PML-N. Whatever Pakistan has been facing is delousing of Muslim League whether it was Liaquat Ali's Muslim, Daultana's Muslim League, Khoro's Muslim League, Qayum Khan's Muslim Leagues or Muslim League Nawaz.

As I have posted our write up on Facebook and our website it has attracted one of my learned friends Mr. Abdur Rashid and he has been kind enough to give his suggestions and also suggested certain corrections in the substance. For example, he says that when I said “Muslims are butchering Muslims on the behest of their Ullema” he suggests that a suffix of ‘sue’ should be put with Ullema. I have little hesitation to do it. Yet the over whelming majority of those who occupy the pulpit and command the podium in mosques, imam bargah and seminaries do what we have said about them. It does not mean that the Ullema-e-Haq are not found among us. They are there, though in a very small number but to add to their numerical thinness they are not allowed to come up to the stage, nor there seminaries are as popular as it should be. They are not allowed to explain their constructive ideas or harmonizing news. Occasionally they are treated as if they are out-castes. They are also blamed as agents of aliens and hypocrites. This is yet another anomaly which has so far hindered coherence.

At last the cat is out of bag. Tahir ul Qari's coating from scripture and ending up in an embrace with Chaudaries of Gujrat has exposed his real face and his impious intentions. As posted by us earlier Tahir Ul Qadri has been a reckless admirer of Pervez Musharraf and has been as bless famous as to equate with Imam Hussain. While Chaudaries of Gujrat have been offering all there services to make Musharraf President for life in uniform. This unholy alliance will further aggravate the critical situation in Pakistan. Their late afternoon 10 point declaration is nothing more than a net which had always been thrown to make the simple Pakistanis a prey. Muslim leagues earliest history is no exception to this deception. The splinter group of Muslim League known as Peoples Party was no different to its mother plant, i.e. Convention Muslim League. The impatience of Tahir Ul Qadri to become self claimed emancipator of Pakistanis by holding the reins of the country in his hand is obvious, when he accelerates his schedule of landing in Pakistan to July to June. This is going to be yet another deterioration in the crisis the country has been facing. At the hands of politicians to whom the trinity in this Photograph is no exception.

In continuation of crisis in Pakistan Intra-taliban conflict exposes the clerics who have been glorifying the hired assassins who were let loose to commit genocide of those who do not believe in Saudi version of Islam. According to these clerics the hired assassins were like Mujahideen of early Islamic era, be sure i do maintain the difference between Islamic and Muslim periods but according to the clerics who were glorifying the essence the later were reassertion of (God forbid) the earliest Muslims. It is now yet a matter of grave concern as to whether the splinter group Sajna or the parent TTP are the likes of these clerics or both. Leaving aside the clerics which of these two groups are brothers of Nawaz Sharf who had been misled according to his minister of interior. This confusion may extend the wrath of the group not acknowledged as brothers by Nawaz Sharif and as pious Mujahideen by clerics may let loose there derberity against the masses of Pakistan. Another crisis which is commonly termed as GEO-crisis has put even the highest judiciary of Pakistan at stake and people do think until and unless the relationship of Judges with the top industrialist and bureaucrats is not checked it may cause a destructive resentment among people against each and every constituting of the country. The misfortune is that there is no leadership in Pakistan as brave as is required. The TV talk artist who style themselves as political leaders are either flatterers or docile and greedy persons always expecting am envelope full of currency notes from the opulent leadership who command every segment of society. Above all media of Pakistan is a group of Darbari Miraasis, corrupting the society through there versions and advertisements. The advertisements which are nude and immoral in any sense of the world occupying 80% of Media's time. But there is no group of people to raise voice against the corruptive activity of media.

The recent Serious Debate about an honourable Judge of Supreme Court and majority of media group is threatening the social fabric of Pakistan. The earlier decision in political cases particularly Tamiz Ud Din Case, Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto case ( which is commonly known as judicial murder), Zafar Ali Shah’s Case, justifying Musharraf takeover of Nawaz Government has already eroded people confidence about judicial verdict when it involves the interests of power that matter and the principles of citizens’ rights now the more serious situation has arisen when the code of conduct of Supreme Court Judges is ignored and not correctly quoted by the honourable Judge himself. What is going to be the end result is not a mystery? The people losing confidence in government, legislature and courts will probably soon rise to get rid of what????????????????

طاہر القادری صاحب کے نام! بقول شمس تبریزطاہرالقادری کی جلد میش میں تو بہت کچھ ہے جلد خویش میں کیا کچھ ہے۔ اس کی ایک مثال جس کا میں خود چشم دید گواہ ہوں:- پرویزمشرف کے اقتدار میں آنے کے فوراً بعد جو یوم حسین کی تقریب معین الدین حیدر کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوئی۔جس کے مہمان خصوصی طاہرالقادری صاحب تھے اور سٹیج سیکریٹری غضنفر مہدی صاحب تھے۔ ہوٹل کا ھال سامعین سے بھر ا ہوا تھا۔ جب طاہر القادری صاحب کی باری آئی تو انہوں نے فرمایاکہ پرویز مشرف کا وہی ایجنڈا ہے جو امام حسین کا تھا اس پر میرا بیٹا بلال حیدر جو اس وقت اے لیول کا طالب علم تھا اس نے چائے پر طاہر القادری صاحب سے پوچھا کہ کیا حسین یزید کا برخاست شدہ سپہ سالارتھااور انہوں نے اس کے خلاف بغاوت کی تھی ۔ حسین اور پرویز مشرف میں کیا مماثلت ہے؟ تو طاہرالقادری صاحب بعد میں ان کے پاس حاضر ہونے کی تلقین کرتے ہوئے چل پڑے۔البتہ اس اثناءمیں جب معین الدین حیدر صاحب کی تقریر کی باری آئی تو انہوں نے بڑے دل پذیر انداز میں کہا کہ حسین بننے کے لیے نانی خدیجہ ہو۔ ماں فاطمہ ہو۔ نانا محمد عربی ہوں باپ حیدر کرار ہو۔ دادا ابو طالب ہو۔بہن زینب ہو تو حسین بنتا ہے۔ایک مہذب شخص کی طرف سے طاہر القادری صاحب کے لیےمعین الدین حیدر کی یہ باتیں میرے بیٹے کی تلخ باتوں سے زیادہ وقیع وموئژ ہیں۔کیا طاہر القادری صاحب کا آج بھی یہی عقیدہ ہےکہ مشرف اور حسین کا ایک ہی ایجنڈاہے ۔ خدا کے لیے تمھیں اگر اتنا علم ہے جس کے تم مدعی ہو تو اسے اپنے عمل سے ظاہر کرو۔ یہ قوم صدیوں سے لچھے دار خطبے سن رہی ہے۔ ناموس رسالت کے لیے اپنا سر دو اور اس کے لیے کسی مجمع کا انتظار نہ کرو۔

The Nawaz Govt. in Pakistan looks like a forsaking child who depends on the enemies of his family for existence. Its irrefutable defeatist attitude towards the terrorists is evidence of not only its timidity but also of its indifference towards the very existence of Pakistan. It is now being claimed by Nawaz Sharif that he and the forces are one and on the same page if this assertion is true then it is beyond any doubt that he is going to give final shape to Saudi script of the drama. The shocking phenomenon is that those who claim to be leaders of public opinion whether Misters or Mullas are worse in their integrity than Nawaz Sharif himself. The total submission of Nawaz Govt. to Taliban pressure is either because of the PM and his colleagues timidity or because of faithful compliance with Saudi Dictates. These dictates require PM to carve out an autonomous zone within Pakistan territory for Taliban to rule and operate there-from. The release of terrorists from jails is not under authority of law but under royal decree from Riadh. Because neither procedural laws of Pakistan nor the Constitution gives the any authority to Pakistan Govt. to behave like a licentious despot. On this issue prima facie the Govt. and the Army are at variance, however, it is yet to be seen which of the variant forces become effective. It appears that the Govt. of Nawaz Sharif is an accomplice with Taliban when they assassinated mercilessly 60000 Pakistan from suckling babies to senior citizens mainly of a minority sect. It is stated by people that Rana Sana Ullah the law minister of Punjab is secret general secretary of Sipah e Sahaba and his cousin the retired CJ has been the most favourite person of terrorists as claimed by Shahid Ullah Shahid himself. In-spite of surrender to Taliban massacre of innocent people of Pakistan has not stopped and the interior minister of Pakistan says it is failure of previous govt. because they did not maintain scanners to hunt out devices of destruction and therefore, the incumbent Govt. is not responsible for vulnerability of people of Pakistan. How long the people of Pakistan survive under such Government? Allah alone knows whether the angles will come to the rescue of the people or not. Whose leaders are busy in blame game for what is happening to the masses.

Engendered confusion about Musharraf's Fate. The clamorous confusion relentlessly being created by Govt and Media is not without ulterior motives whenever our Govt act to the disadvantage of Pakistan under the command of their foreign Masters they purposely involve people of Pakistan in non issues. This practice is the classic pattern of those who are or have been in power in this country it is trivial matter whether Mushharraf or Nawaz Sharif are alive or not. The important matter is as to what destination the train of Pakistan is being steered to. It is genuinely apprehended by people that the present Govt works as agents of Saudis. In this background it is feared that part of Pakistan may not be allotted to Saudis influence while people of Pakistan is busy in development about Mushharf's fate.

The constitution under which Islamic ideology council came into being enjoins that it will be the duty of the state to make laws to enable Muslims to order there lives according to injunctions of Islam. No doubt a Muslim may have four wives at a time but it is imperative for him to do justice to every one of them. Whether his another marriage will ensure justice to the first wife or the senior wives is the duty of the state to see. If the cause for taking another wife is epicurean or the husband will fail to do justice to each or everyone of them, the state may disallow him to take another wife. Because causing injustice to any one is an un-Islamic act and the State of Pakistan is duty bound to preempt such designs and to prevent injustice to any one of their citizens male or female. The version of Islamic Ideology Council is simply absurd.

The Supreme Court has held in quite a few cases -Kaneez Farima’s being the most conspicuous one – that article 2A alone is not as effective as to bar any legislative or executive action being contrary to its mandate. The principal of policy which are otherwise very eloquent for essentiality of recognizing injunctions of Islam a Supreme command yet these principals are not justifiable and one cannot go to court to seek a writ of mandamus for commanding the state organs to act according to the principals of policy. Recently a case is pending in the Supreme Court where in worker party of Pakistan has prayed that the decision of Supreme Court Appellate Shariat Bench decision in Qazalbash trust case be reviewed as it is contrary to article 253 of the constitution; since the decision debars the state from taking away anybody’s property on plea of reforms. Article 253 is produced here under. “253. Maximum limits as to property, etc.,-(1) 1[Majlis-e-Shoora (Parliament)] may by law,- (a) Prescribe the maximum limits as to property or any class thereof which may be owned, held, possessed or controlled by any person and (b) Declare that any trade, business, industry or service specified in such law shall be carried on or owned, to the exclusion complete or partial, of other persons, by the Federal Government or a Provincial Government, or by a corporation controlled by any such Government. (2) Any law which permits a person to own beneficially or possess beneficially an area of land greater than that which, immediately before the commencing day, he could have lawfully owned beneficially or possessed beneficially shall be invalid.” The underlined clause of the article is obviously irreconcilable with the provisions of the Holy Quran and Sunnah and or thus repugnant to the injunctions of Islam but the same cannot be challenged on this plea. In Continuation of debate, about Shariah and the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, 1973. As stated earlier Shariah is a course to Deen. The word Deen has various connotations. Deen Covers the whole of an individual personal Public and social life. It requires a believer to be mindful of the fact that he has yet another life wherein he will receive the reward of his performance in this life or get punishment for the misdeeds here. This reward and punishment shall be perpetual and never ending. To explain the exact nature and significance of Deen one may say that Salaat is Deen while mode time and the manner of its performance is Shariah. Salaat is ordained by Allah and how often and in what manner it is to be performed is ordained by the Holy Prophet. Zakat is ordained in the Quran and who is accessible to Zakat, who is the collect it and how it is to be utilized is regulated by the Holy Prophet commands. The assassin is to be beheaded a thief’s hand is to be chopped of and the fornicator is to be lashed but when can a Qazi administer the punishments to delinquent is determined by the Holy Prophet. Hajj is to be performed but its rituals are specified by the prophet Ibrahim, his wife Hajra and refreshed by the Holy Prophet. These instances may give me courage to say that Deen is the Holy Quran and Shariah is the Sunnah of Holy Prophet and a Muslim is answerable for his performance in life only on the yard stick of the Quran and the Sunnah. May be for managing his temporal affairs a Muslim is bound by the verdict of ا ولی اللمر . Who is living and believes in Islam because He is to be منکم and not who had been, therefore, the command of the late اولی اللمر i.e. the one who used to be is not binding. However, if the اولی اللمر goes astray from Quran and Sunnah he has not to be followed. The Constitution if analyzed for its consistency with the Quran and the Sunnah one reaches a conclusion that although it has an anxiety to be subservient to the Quran and Sunnah yet this anxiety is not wholesome because there are occasions where one finds it to seek exemption from the Quran and the Sunnah even Article 2A introduce in 1985 does not completely bind down the legislature or the executive to completely submit to the Quran and the Sunnah. I will try to confine myself only to Quran and Sunnah in this presentation and to the letter of constitution without being dependent on any other source. Except for dictionary meanings of words or phrases in the text. According to the Holy Quran Deen is Obedience to Allah and his prophet. The manager of Muslims affairs is to be followed as long as he conducts himself strictly in accordance with the injunctions of the Holy Quran and Sunnah and if he ever deviates the Muslims are to revert to the injunctions. This is command of Allah. Obedience to the Holy Prophet is Obedience to Allah as ordained in the Holy Quran. 1956 Constitution while giving definition of injunction of Islam had qualified the same with the interpretation given by the respective sect. This provision was not without being a source of aggravation of sectarian controversies. The wisdom prevailed on the framers of 1973 constitution and they did not put any rider clothes on the injunctions of Islam. I will hear in also give analysis of the Constitution for the following purposes:- 1. Whether the constitution submits to the supremacy of Islam without any reservation. 2. Whether the constitution keeps any type of legislation outside the ambit of supremacy of Islam. 3. Is there any repugnancy to Islam in any of the provisions of the constitution? Maybe during my exercise in this regard some suggestions, or criticism is forthcoming that also will be catered for at relevant time. To be continued…

The appreciation of true significance of Shariah and Deen (faith) has been necessitated in the wake of foregoing debate. While interpreting verse number 13 of Chapter Shurah (42) Maulana Maududi says” The dictionary meaning of Sharah is to build a passage and technically it means the method, the procedure and the rule”. Shariat is derivative of Sharah as stated earlier Shariat has been used only once in the Holy Quran while the word Deen is mentioned about a hundred times (exact figure will be contributed later) this word has been used in different context and with different significance e.g. in the opening chapter of the Quran, Allah has been mentioned as owner of the day of judgment else where we will attempt to record all those verses in which Deen has been mentioned and the purpose of the same. Shah Walli Ullah has translated Deen to mean Constitution. This has been referred by Maulan Maududi while contributing his note to verse number 13 of Chapter Shura (Page 487, Tafhim-ul-Quran Volume 4). In view of this distinction between Shariat and Deen can we take them as synonyms? or some efforts have to be made to ascertain true significance of both of these terms as stated word Deen for our purposes means the constitution whereas Shariat is the method the course and the procedure to achieve the objectives of or to obey the commands of Deen. There is no difference among Muslims that Deen is command of Allah and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet whereas while making a debate about Shariat the Muslims are divided into sects and but for Ghair-Mukaladeen (non-adherents) each sects believes that the interpretation of Deen given by their founder is Shariat e.g. Sunnis are divided into four schools of Shariat namely Hanfi, Malki, Shafai and Hanblis and they are identified and named after their founders i.e. Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Malik, Imam Muhammad Shafai and Imam Ahmed Ibne Hanbal. While the Shias in the world of jurisprudence are known as Jafris meaning there by that they follow the interpretation of Deen as evolved by Imam Jafir Sadiq. Although these sects are further subdivided but for our purpose such subdivisions are not essentially relevant. It is for these reasons that whenever the scholar of one sect claims that they want to test the constitution on the touchstone of Shariat the rest are put to alert that the claimant means his own sect’s interpretation of Islam.

The debate about Shariah and Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Of late a serious debate has erupted in Pakistan about the vires of constitution of Pakistan vizaviz Shariah. Some mostly pro-Taliban clerics maintain that the constitution is absolutely un-Islamic while others say that it is completely Islamic. If a survey is carried out about the acceptability of version of one group of contenders or the others among masses it will be found that the debate has absolutely confused the people of Pakistan about the status of Constitution in this controversy i.e. whether it is Islamic or un-Islamic or pro-Islamic. No serious attempt has been made by those who claim the Constitution to be Islamic or Pro-Islamic on logical and scientific lines to advance there case and to convince the people of Pakistan to accept their version. The above mentioned clerics have certainly made their point to the masses who are otherwise totally ignorant about the intricacies and the implications of both Shariah and the constitution. Some of our friends have suggested that an attempt should be made to effectively communicate with the people to apprise them of the true nature of the constitution in this controversy. Hence this attempt. Word SHARIAH has come in the Holy Quran only once in Surah 45 verse 18 whereas its route SHARAH has come in two forms in Surah Shura Verses No. 13 and 21 whereas SHARAH and MINHAJ have occurred in Surah 5 verse 48. Allama Abdullah Yousaf Ali was translating verse 18 of Surah 45 says "Shariah is best translated 'the right Way of Religion' which is wider than the mere formal rites and legal provisions which mostly came in the Medina period, long after this Mecca verse had been revealed". Syed Kutab has contributed exhaustive notes on verse nnumber 17 of Surah 45 and verses number 13 and 21 of Surah 42. These are available in the 5th Volume(Urdu Translation) of Fi-Zalal-i-Quran. In Parah 20. From pages 881 onward. The sum total of these notes is that Shariah is a course to achieve objectives of Islam(Faith). After the massacre in district court Islamabad, the honorable chief justice dauntlessly paid visit to PIMS to console with the injured. Today's alarming catastrophe in Islamabad has exposed the Govt. of Pakistan vulnerability, its timidity its idiocy its corruption and above all it subjugation under Saudi Arabia day before yesterday a call from Jeddah by a cleric of Pakistan obliged Pakistan govt to declare cease fire, little knowing that TTP has more than one hides to wear and impersonate.The boastful rhetorical of interior Minister couched in borrowed phraseology has been miserably rendered into ashes in the very capital whom he said was all peace.Now stage has reached where in Pakistan cannot be said to be a safe country from it capital to its remotest corners may be in Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan or KPK the capital is littered with dead bodies yet the govt can do nothing but to ask for report from IG Islamabad. The govt prompted its for turned friend i.e TTP to declare its innocence in the blast in district Courts of Islamabad and the media has lost no time to drum beat it.If TTP really innocent than who are so forceful that they can humble down the govt and the TTP itself. with whom there has been ceasefire? TTP? but they say we are ineffective. The govt who cannot locate the potential terrorist is surely to be defined as an incompetent State manager. some total of what has been happening in Pakistan is what is stated in the opening sentence meaning thereby that we are unfortunate to have the idiot the corrupt the coward the enslaved to rule us.

Islam has unfortunately been mistaken for terrorism. The terrorist who are found among Muslims are sponsored by despotic theocratic regimes. How genuine Islam treats non-Muslims is better proved by Imam Hussain's role. You will be really amused to know that the man who first of all in battle of Karbala proceeded to confront Yazid's formidable force was a christian whose name was john. You will be further pleased to know that his head is buried along with the heads of other martyrs of Karbala. Even the Holy Quran cautions the holy prophet that he should be careful about profession of Islam by the Arabs who rally around him. The Quran asks the believers, 'O those Who believe deliver peace'. The Quran further says 'there is no compulsion in matter of faith all that was meant by faith has been clearly stated i.e. the virtue and the evil are distinctively described' By this i don't mean that the non-Muslims must be attracted to Islam in order to profess it what i mean to say is that Islam believes in peaceful co-existence. Instantly it has occurred to me to refer to charter of Medina signed by the Holy Prophet, Jews and Christians of Medina. In this charter, Jews, Christians and Muslims are mentioned as one Millat. Millat in Arabic means affinity. In the first chapter of Quran Allah says, he is the Sustainer of all in all circumstances and the last chapter says 'Say I seek protection from the Sustainer of Humanity'. Out of many these few instances can better make one understand the true spirit of Islam. Whenever vested interest adopt or monopolize any system they use it to serve their interest. As it is commonly said in Pakistan these days that the terrorists don't want Islam they rather want Islamabad, which is the center of Power.

Since Zia-Ul-Haq’s regime terrorism in Pakistan became a phenomena. It can be maintained without any fear of contradiction that the terrorism was directly targeting Shias. In Punjab, it was made known by Zia and Nawaz Sharif who was CM Punjab that the sectarian agitators like Haq Nawaz Jhangvi, Mauli Baleegh Ud Din and those in Raja Bazar were having unequivocal patronage. In Attock City, in those days, Imam Bargah Panjtani and Shia shops were torched by a member of CM’s cabinet by his own hand and by his close relatives, including his younger brother. I had shown the pictures exhibiting Sheikh Aftab and his brother putting fire to Alams and other Shia articles of veneration in presence of Mr. Saleem Iqbal, a provincial minister, who along with Saeed Mehdi called a meeting of prominent members of local Shia community. Sheikh Aftab could not rebut it. Yet he enjoyed every favor of the provincial chief executive. In those days Zia-Ul-Haw came to preside certain army functions in Attock and it was Friday. Zia-Ul-Haq drove to a mosque for Friday Prayers (bypassing several other mosques) which was well known for its frequent provocative sectarian sessions. In those days Iran-Iraq war was also afflicting the Muslims community. The Secretary Interior (S.K. Mahmood) required the Deputy Commissioner Attock to arrange a delegation of Shias of Attock to have a meeting with him. In that delegation Syed Khadim Hussain Naqvi, Syed Nazir Bukhari, Bakir Naqvi, Zafar Zaidi, I and others were included. Interior Secretary had an hour long discussion with us and asked us that we must refrain from supporting Iran. A Shia cleric whose name I have forgotten promptly said that we support Iran because its government is headed by Ulema. I without any reservation said that we support Iran irrespective of its form of government because Iran has supported us in crisis without sectarian and religious considerations. Ultimately the interior secretary asked that he can arrange our meeting with president Zia. All those accompanying me expressed their anxiety to have such meeting at the earliest. I told them and the secretary that I won’t be a part of it because Shias are being victimized by Zia at the behest of US and Saudi Arabia in order to twist their arms for scaring away from supporting Iran. The meeting ended then and there. We have strong apprehensions that the ongoing Shia genocide by Taliban is a desire of Saudi Arabia and US. The change of policy by Iran in Syria has somewhat lessened US’s rigor in pursuing its policy of cowing down Shias in Pakistan yet Saudi Arabia is persistently pursuing its policy as initiated by it in Zia’s regime. It is strange that at every critical moment in violence against Shias in Pakistan by Taliban, Saudi dignitaries are visible and Pakistan Prime Minister is summoned to Saudi Arabia. Government of Pakistan especially that of Punjab, holds celebrations while Shias are holding mourning sessions for scores of their dead. Nawaz Government under irresistible public pressure launched air strike against TTP and when it was visible that TTP may have its natural end. Sami Ul Haq was summoned in Saudi Arabia and from Jedda he conveyed to the interior minister of Pakistan that they are going to have an unconditional ceasefire and Pakistan government too should do the same. Should one not conclude that terrorism in Pakistan has direct connections with Saudi policy-makers? It is they who sponsor it and who broker ceasefire and for what purpose.

Uthman, the Third Khalifa of the Muslims

The theory of ‘Good Taliban’ and ‘Bad Taliban’ is so enigmatic that it puts every sensitive citizen at alert. There is no doubt that a large faction of terrorist in Punjab under the name and style of defunct Sipah-e-Sahaba and Laskhar-e-Jhangvi are favorites of PML-N. This is also a fact that a leader of these factions namely Malik Ishaq admitted that he had killed one hundred Shias but Chaudary Iftikhar the former chief justice said it is not credible and acquitted him of all the charges. These outlaws are favorites of Rana Sana Ullah, the most prominent member of Shahbaz Sharif’s cabinet. By unhidden support of this faction Nawaz Sharif managed to scare away PPP, ANP and quite a few other individual from contesting elections in effective manner. If by ‘Good Taliban’ Nawaz Sharif means his above mentioned favorites then god alone can save those who are their targets. The political parties and the religious factions who do not see eye to eye in matter of faith with the ‘Good Taliban’ must forewarn the government that if by categorizing Taliban with its political motives it means to spare Sipah-e-Sahaba and Lashkar-e-Jhangwi and their proto-types in Punjab. It will result in a chaos worse than the prevailing one.

Minhaj u sunnah

It is alarming to see that Nawaz Sharif government has slipped into the lap of Saudi Arabia with an overture to intentionally antagonized Iran. There are very frequent rumors that Pakistan is going to provide a substantial number of defense personals running into Divisions to Saudi Arabia. Some people say that this force is to supplement Saudi defense assets and to execute its projects of expansion of influence in Yemen. The abduction of five Iranian border security guards by so far unnamed outfits and Pakistan government’s explicable failure to get released the abductees has annoyed Iranians to the extent that they have threatened to send their own army to recover the abductees. Nawaz Sharif for his own personal weaknesses visa vis Saudi Arabia has been keeping mum without any consoling response to Iran’s grievance. The glitter of Saudi gold has further bewildered Nawaz Sharif and with his natural lack of vision he is not perceiving the natural outcome of his submission to Saudis and his causing annoyance to Iranians. Saudi’s cannot defend themselves without American umbrella or Pakistan’s defense trained personnel. Whereas Iran has been successfully defending itself against Saddam, United States, Saudi Arab, Arab Emirates and Physical involvement in a decade long war imposed on it by the idiocies of Saddam. Maybe Nawaz Sharif and his family are personally obliged to Saudi Arabia because they have been receiving royal protection and privileges when he was ousted by Pakistan army under the command of Pervaiz Musharraf and his ouster as such was declared by Supreme Court in Zafar Ali Shah’s case justifiable and Nawaz Sharif never challenged its validity. Nawaz Sharif may be faithful enough to reciprocate Saudis’ favor to himself but not at the cost of Pakistan’s brotherly relations with Iran. He must know that besides having accorded recognition to Pakistan as the fore most state in the world its defense resources came to the rescue of Pakistan in 1965 war. Air Marshal Asghar Khan had told more than once in his public and private statements and conversations that he had gone to Tehran to solicit Shah’s support in 1965 as emissary of Ayub Khan. The Shah granted him immediate interview as told by Asghar Khan to me personally. Shah had rushed to receive him and called his forces chief directing him to put all requisite defense assets at the disposal of Pakistan against India. It was not only Shah’s personal favor to Pakistan it was rather representation of Iranians love with Pakistan. Pakistan government should not be desperate enough to poke its nose in every smoke and be cautious that it may not have flames to burn itself. Pakistan has unfortunately because of the folly of its rulers earned many enemies. Let it allow at least one nation to remain friendly.

The dialogues are a farce. It is an intra-taliban exercise to hoodwink public opinion. Taliban have brought Nawaz Sharif into power in the federation and also in the Punjab. During the elections of 2013, Rana Sana Ullah a senior member of Shahbaz Sharif Cabinet had staged a flag march in Punjab along with an organ of TTP called sipah-e-sihaba. TTP scared away potential rivals to Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan from the election scene. TTP is obviously a Saudi outfit like those in Syria for achieving Saudi interest in this country. Saudi princes were physically present in Pakistan to supervise the performance of Nawaz Sharif visa-vis the treatment of terrorism issue which was being swalloed by Nawaz Sharif, yet the public pressure obliged him to stage the drama of Intra-Taliban dialogue. Todays reactions of Nawaz Government about Taliban atrocities is as meek as a lamb entreating a wolf. The attitude of Taliban committee is insolent, rebellious and taunting to government in contrast to governments docile reaction. A prominent pro-Taliban cleric, Munawar Hasan has said "let there be hundred such incidents yet peace talks must continue" meaning thereby till Taliban demands are met. The purpose of talks is to side track the public opinion against Taliban and to create an aggressive violent and dreadful lobby for Saudi Arabia.

23 Frontier Core Personnel in captivity of Taliban have been slaughtered by the captors and Nawaz Sharif is only shocked to listen the news and insists on continuation of his search of peaceful dialogue. There is an historic fact rendered into a verse by Allama Iqbal and the story runs as under:- During the decline and fall of Mughal Empire, a warlord Abdul Qadir Raheela, captured certain number of Mughal Princesses. He commanded them to perform dance in nudity. While the dance was in progress he pretended to be asleep with a naked sword lying beside him. He thought that the princesses will take his life for have molested their honor. But they continued performing, Raheela opened his eyes and put them all to sword, saying, in Allama Iqbal’s words. “The honor that was of Taimour has abandoned his house.” Likewise the reaction to relentless massacre being committed by Taliban and the reaction of Nawaz Government is prototype of that story and it can be said that if he is at the steering then the Courage and the Honor that were the distinction of Pakistan have left this country. Most probably he is loyal to Munawar Hasan, who says, “Let there be a hundred tragedies like that Pakistan government should not lose patience and continue with Talks.” A tiny state without any nuke with it like Syria has been bracing Saudi American assault without any concession to the terrorists imported in that country by Saudi’s and US serves an instance of a nation full of self-respect courage and honor. We daily boast that we are an atomic power and the only one among Muslims and we daily surrender to threats and assaults by three thousand people called Taliban. It is pity that to supervise and oversee the performance of their agents, The Saudi Princes have been frequenting this country and the people are being hoodwinked by the dust created by the horses made to dance in their honor and the mighty CM of Punjab playing a show boy in front of the princes to whom Taliban are blue eyed boys.

  Syed Muhammad Ayub Bukhari Islam is simultaneously a moral code and a secular dispensation. Its claim is that it has solution for mankind in what ever culture or clime they are. It has basic norms which are touch stone for validity of any irritant in a given society. It does not mean that Islam compels us to follows Arab's culture. If this was the imperative then the difficulty would be culture of which tribe to be followed because varieties of culture among Arab are as numerous as the number of tribes. It is available in the Sunnah of Holy Prophet that he adopted an existing element of a particular culture when ostensibly that element was supposed to be an irritant in a puritan society. It was both in case of jubilance and sorrow i.e. when the holy Prophet Madina for the first time he was welcome by a group of young girls beating drums which the fundamental is now do not accept as an Islamic act secondly when he came back from Ohd to Medina lamentations were audible even more than hundred meter distance from the extreme of town. The limitations were by the ladies whose men were martyred in the battle field of Ohd; the holy Prophet stopped and bade that he will not enter the town as long as he does not hear lamentation mourning Hamza assassination. But the fundamentalist of today says that the mourning of dead is heretic. These are the routine matters which are make bone of contention by the clerics of different denominations resulting in tragic event often witnessed in Muslim society in Pakistan and particularly during Moharram. It is not for offence or flattery to any site yet it is an instance which shows that interpretation of Sharia has so far not been available in unanimity in these more than fourteen centuries. A group of clergies insist that whatever in Saudi Arabia i.e. is sharia and other say that whatever is in UAE that is Sharia and the rest maintain whatever is in Iran that is Sharia. In my view Sharia for Pakistan is which does not offend basic human values as prevalent in our own culture in different zones. We are not answerable to anyone or any state; our transferability is only to Allah and the holy Prophet. For us the decrees and addict of those who have gone by and no binding authority may be they have some persuasive value. If there is any class of clerics who intent to make a submit to someone who is not living (except the holy Prophet) as our final legislator or arbiter it will not be an Islamic demand no group of individual and no individual has the authority to compel us to frame or formulate our culture according to his or their inhibitions. Constitution of Pakistan is very vocal to have the laws consistent with the Qur'an and Sunnah. There is very significant and important departure from the constitution of 1956 because the mandate of that constitution was Qur'an and Sunnah as interpret it by each sect. The framers of 1973 Constitution consciously and rightly rid the injunctions of Islam to be interpreted in sectarian bias. Those who are raising claimer that they are should be Sharia they mean Sharia of their choice and the mandate of Quran and Sunnah.

Bravo to the Syrian forces. This is what a self respecting Nation should do. For appeasing Saudi Arabia, Pakistan is sufficient. Touching Saudi Taliban with a pinch annoys Saudi which Sharifs cannot bear because Sharifs' interest are at the mercy of Saudis but Bashar-Ul-Assad has no such weakness. The government’s submissive attitude towards Taliban has encouraged the latter to enhance the number of deaths by terrorism at a rate higher than the government’s submission to dialogue at terrorist terms. It is strange that Nawaz Sharif is always out of the country when a colossal tragedy is enacted by the terrorists. Pity on him, he says “Dialogue and Terrorism cannot go hand in hand”. Yet, the fact is that the Taliban have tied the hands of Nawaz Sharif and have let loose their Campaign of genocide, kidnapping and destruction of properties and assets of people of Pakistan. However the plus point for Nawaz Sharif is that he, his family and his empire is not only save but is swiftly progressing.

It is now obvious that Nawaz Sharif government (and not Pakistan) is obliged to appease Saudis by submitting to Taliban pressure. But what has happened in Dera Jamali, Rahim Yar Khan and Peshawar indicates that either the authors of those tragedies are prototypes of Taliban or in league with them if this view is incorrect then they are more powerful then Nawaz Government and Taliban taken together. The crisis is getting aggravated because there is no leader and no party in Pakistan whether religious or secular who could rise to the occasion and tell the people that Nawaz Government is a miserable failure and if it continues in its Mal-performance it will irreparably damage Pakistan. They are as timid as proved by Fahad Aziz case in Karachi. In one breath he was a terrorist of MQM and those police officers who booked him were bestowed awards and in the next breath they were criminals as declared by MQM leader sitting in London. Today the mighty Nawaz Sharif with a mandate of more than two third majority shivering in front of MQM ultimatum has dispatched his interior minister mighty then himself to seek apology from MQM. The poor PM is busy either building his personal family empire or shuttling between terrorist called Taliban on one side and their anti-outfit called MQM. Shariah is not the record of acts of rulers, Shariah is only Quran and Sunnah to which our constitution wants consistency of laws. Shariah of Taliban is reverberation of Kharjites demands when they revolted against Ali and rose the slogan that command is only for Allah. If we submit to Taliban's Shariah it will be definitely to the annoyance of Mashaikah who had given a pledge to and to whom a pledge was given by Mr. Jinnah. Taliban in the land of Pir of Manki have gone to the extent of demolishing the graves and mausoleums of pirs and spiritual leaders. And they derive authority for their misdeeds from Saudi's desecration of Jannat-ul-Baki in Madina and Jannat-ul-Muala in Makkah. Taliban are so brutal to shrines and to their visitors as Shakespeare's wanton boys to flies! Pir of Manki never demanded a Shariah which should be the creed of Kharjites. If one is short of time and wants to know the varieties of Shahriah amongst Kharjites themselves, he should better go through a short chapter in "Asr-e-Imam Shaafi" by Abu-Zuhra Misri. If we submit to Taliban Shariah which of those varieties will be our choice? In fact, Taliban are worse than Kharjites, they are rather Nawasib. Because they are praising Yazid, Shimar, Ibn-Ziyad and other atrocious figures of Muslim history. And people with such traits are zealots of that sect which according to Imam Ibn-e-Taimaya believed in Prophethood of Yazid (refer to Maulna Abul Qalam Azad's Al-Hilal, July - December, 1912.). Talibans demolishing shrines and butchering Shias without any shadows of doubt shows that their creed is that of Nawasib.   Syed Muhammad Ayub Bukhari It is infect an intra Taliban talks they are proceeding according to the script handed over to them by Saudi Arabia. The talks are being monitored by the relevant division of Saudi Government. This cat was never a secret and it was always mewing from with in the bag, but yesterday it was dauntlessly emerging when Imam e Kaba declared that he can intervene in these proceedings.

The force of dialogue which apparently  not between Taliban and someone else is infect  an intra Taliban dialogue. It is now crystal clear that the whole drama is being enacted on a script prepared by Saudi Arabia. The ceaseless chain of Saudis dignitary visit to Pakistan in the near past and immediate future coupled with visit of Pakistan Army Chief to Saudi Arabia and delay of intra Taliban dialogue on childish excuses speak volume to corroborate those who maintain  the who of unrest in Pakistan is Saudi contrivance to prepare the ground to make Pakistan a Pro Wahabi State. The new version of Taliban that they abide by the Constitution which mandates promulgation of Sharia is obviously a manipulated narrative. Till yesterday for them Pakistani Constitution was secular and today it has become a document demanding Sharia of Taliban to be  state system of Pakistan. America for accommodating Saudis is showing leniency in its serious persuit of drone attacks which is further evidence of US Saudi collaboration for achieving the aforesaid end in Pakistan. It is apprehended that when Nawaz Govt. signs capitulation there will be violent uprising in the already volatile areas of Balochistan, Karachi etc. In that case  what will Nawaz Sharif surrender to be BLA and  the likes.

Moulana Sami Ul Haq says that he is ثالث بلخیر One thousand three hundred and ninety seven lunar years ago there were ثالث in Battle Field of Safin. Moulana Sami Ul Haq will agree that they were people of for higher caliber than he. The arbitration failed. As a result of failure of arbitration Ummah has been disintegrated irreversibly. Muslims since then have been profusely bleeding as result of the wounds caused by disintegration. There are people who believed that the party whom Moulana Sahib represent is ideological descendents of one of the groups who on their plea of ان لحکم اللہ للہ rose in arms against the central authority of Islamic Republic. They wanted their own Sharia and revolted against Islamic authority and are called Kharjites. Let Moulana Sami Ul Haq know his limits and he must be sure that if this fake device of his arbitration fails he shall be held responsible for the results generated by his efforts.

The committee formed by Mr. Sharif has been discredited before taking the task in hand. Taliban have refused to talk with the committee if it includes Rustam Shah Mehmand and Major(R) Aamir. The reasons have not been given for this reaction by TTP. Rather TTP has suggested that committee should include Dr. Qadeer and some other persons from the religious parties who have affiliations with Saudi Arabia and are known for their sectarian fanaticism against Sunnis and Shiites. Now there is a litmus test for Nawaz Sharif’s integrity, intelligence, independence and courage. Demanding Qadeer Khan whose credentials are well known to the international community dealing with nuclear expansion in the world and apprehending the technology may not reach religious fanatics and via them to Saudi Arabia must take notice of this demand of TTP and corresponding accommodation if ever given to them by Nawaz Sharif. Our theory that TTP and Nawaz Sharif are to sides of the same coin (All though the coin is fake) is getting corroboration from the developments in the name of dialogue for peace.

Public resentment against docility of Nawaz Sharif after all compelled him to address the issue of Taliban terrorism rampant unchecked by his government but what came out of the bag was not equal to the expectation of people, it was rather a conformation of their apprehensions that Pakistan government PTI and the clerics have submitted to the terrorists. The government and the politicians who are affiliates of the Taliban want to gain time to create a situation in the country when they could safely finalize submission to the terrorist agenda which has the blessing of Saudi Arabia. People must rise to the occasion and make it known to the government that they have serious doubts about its veracity.

Today there are some news items which indicate how critical situation in the country prevails:-

1. The PM in parliament between the lines admits his incompetence to meet the challenge of terrorism in the country and begs pardon from Taliban. In his speech there is nothing which could be termed as notable and new. His consistent evasion to face the challenge was haunting him. The four member team constituted by him consists of persons known only as commentators or press reporters, one member Major(R) Amir is well known for his conspiracies against Benazir government. He collaborated with Brigadier Imtiaz to overthrow Benazir, as conspired by Nawaz Sharif. Rustam Shah Mehmand who is known as a prominent member of foreign services without losing any moments as demanded of the government to withdraw forces from Waziristan, which is the demand of Taliban for years together.
2. During the forces exercises, the army chief has demanded more resources for capacity building of the armed forces. It means what it obviously means.
3. Yet another lady injured in Mastung tragedy has expired in hospital and the number of dead in this tragedy now reaches thirty with many more to follow. Yet the government of Pakistan is anxious to have a photo session with Taliban, who are authors of such tragedies.

While we were writing this post the breaking news was: terrorists have taken four more lives of rangers in Karachi. Just now it is made public by Mr. Irfan Siddique, the member of committee constituted for dialogue with Taliban, that there is no counterpart committee constituted by Taliban so far. These events unequivocally prove that the government of Pakistan is nothing but lukewarm and incapable of bracing the challenge or it is directed by the script writer to behave in this fashion.

At the time of Ayub Khan, President Johnson was to woo Pakistanis as the Geo-political circumstances demanded and as Pakistan was in safer hands then it is today. Therefore such expectations maybe either a dream or a nightmare.

Because he is over occupied with raising his own empire sky high and for that he has to shuttle b/w Islamabad and the rest of the world where his interest demands and for that reason he has little time to attend to this superfluous job of attending NA sessions. It is said everyone's foot is tied to the foot of the elephant, therefore, people's interest are subordinate to Nawaz Shairf's interest and are tied to his foot. Let him enjoy these rides which though are blessings of US and Saudi's but he claims the same to be bounties of Allah.

This is out of fear of taliban that Fazlur Rehman is giving pro-taliban advice to government. May be since Fazlur Rehman is partner in governments of Federation and Balochistan, he is speaking hurt of the coward and docile Nawaz Sharif, who himself is tossing b/w the devil and the deep sea as on one hand he has to serve US and Saudi interests and on the other he has to show to the 80% of anti-taliban masses that he is bold enough to confront them! These days Maulana Fazlur Rehman is serving as his master's voice.

Among the sects the basic issue is, as stated earlier, personality cult. There are about 9 personalities around whom the controversy among sects revolves. These personalities are closely related to the Holy Prophet. Three of them are his fathers in Law, Two of them are his sons in Law, One of them is his brother in law, among the three ladies Two are faithful’s mothers and One is his beloved daughter. The fathers in Law are Abu-Bakr, Umar and Abu Sufiyan. The sons in law are Ali and Usman. The brother in Law is Muawiya. The Mothers of faithfuls are Ayesha and Hafsa. The daughter is Fatima. The Shiites dispute dejure status of Abu-Bakr, Umar, Usman and also Muawiya. They recognize only Ali as a dejure Caliph. The Sunnis belief is that Abu-Bakr, Umar, Usman and Ali are Righteous Caliphs. The Kharjities acknowledge the first two caliphs but in the case of Usman their belief is that when the Egyptian protestors were defrauded secretary Mirwan and he was not taken to task for that by the Caliph, the Caliph lost validity for holding the office and he was no more a true believer. About Ali they say that when he failed to repent on acceptance of arbitration mentioned earlier he too was neither thereafter rightful in holding office and he ceased to be a true believer. Ayesha when she appeared in masses during battle of Jamal, she too lost her status as a believer. About Muawiya their belief is that he was never rightful and held the reins of Islamic state as a usurper. There are Nasibis who believe that Yazid was a prophet and those who opposed him are infidels. We have quoted earlier from Adul Kalam Azad that according to Imam Ibn-e-Tahmiya the identification of this sect is in their glorifying shimmer, Ibn-e-Ziyad and other atrocious generals of Yazid’s army. This sect for centuries was in hide-outs and rarely appeared in public but after Saudi dynasty was established through British device as narrated by Humphrey in his confessions (These Confession’s Urdu version is available on our website) They gradually surface and are now quiet visible, vocal aggressive and the source of inspiration for the terrorist who threaten the very existence of those who do not believe in the home grown version of Islam of Saudi’s. But for Shiites and Sunnis as stated above all the other sects are opponents of Ali. Thus the sect formation is result of personality cult and Islamic teachings have nothing to do with it. Islam is only, what is the command of God in the Holy Quran and Sunnah of the Holy Prophet. Muslims are required to obey Allah, his prophet whole-heartedly and in the case of authority of their temporal affairs they are to obey him only if he is from among them and he follows the commands of Allah and the Holy Prophet. If he does not do that, the Muslims are free to disagree with him and refer the difference to the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. At the time of assumption of his office Abu-Bakr said ‘Obey me as long as I follow the commands of God and the Sunnah of the Holy Prophet but when I deviate from this course, set me right.’ It means that personality cult is not sine-quanon of Islamic belief. The Muslims have been warned by Allah not to get divided in sects and to hold-fast the divine rope and this is the only solution for all that has been and is happening as tragic events among Muslims. Otherwise as stated earlier or elsewhere, no one can block the course of Mustafa Kamal Ataturk. At least in Pakistan.

Dear Sir/ Madam. I may venture to give my view on the causes of a genocide in Pakistan particularly of Shiites and the apathy of the governments at federal and provincial level. It is encouraging to note that the secretary general of United Nations has been kind enough to alert the government of Pakistan to address the subject problem. The causes of Shiites genocide are obvious. Pakistan government is indebted to Saudi Arabia for its coming into being and its sustainability. Saudis by their own declaration do not tolerate Shiites and such sects of Muslims who do not believe in Saudi self-created Islam. The fact is that Saudi creed in spite of bribe and coercion could not bring to it's fold more then short of 15% population of Muslims. Till the secular government of Raza Shah Pehalvi in Iran Saudis were almost in the third row of governments that mattered in Asia. The Khomeini doctrine became successful. Shah was ousted, the Shiite clergy came into power and the slogan of Shia-Sunni voiced by Khomeini attracted all the Muslims but for Saudi Wahabis. Unfortunately Saddam of Iraq on instigation of United States unleashed attack on Iran and Saudis came in support of Saddam without any reservation, hesitation or decency. It was apprehended by United States at that time that Shias in Pakistan may come in open support of Khomeini's resolution and Islamic Iran, therefore United States prompted, instigated and maybe forced Saudis to take over the void made by the fall of Shah of Iran and became leader of Muslim world by eliminating its rival creeds particularly Shiites in Pakistan. The US stooge Zial-Ul-Haq who had already been foisted in Pakistan and who was well known anti Shiite General was encouraged to execute the task for Saudis with a promise that till his death he shall remain in Power in Pakistan which did happen. This is the reason essential for launching of Shiite persecution in Pakistan. Saudis were disappointed by Pakistan People Party's government. Their misgiving was that Asif Ali Zardari being a Shiite would act to their disadvantage. There fore in the elections of 2013 Saudis militant deterrent organ in the Muslim world viz Taliban, who were already busy killing Shiite were giving a mission to scare away all political parties other then Nawaz Sharif, Imran Khan and the clergies scared away PPP, ANP and MQM from joining hands and having access to public for soliciting votes. In this way the government of Nawaz Sharif was brought into being; his younger brother, Shahbaz Sharif's cabinet member Rana Sana Ullah made flag marches in the Punjab along with terrorist zealots in the elections. He is now senior minister of Punjab and wields unchallenged influence and never feels shy of rather feels proud in boasting his association with the anti Shiite terrorists. Shiites of Pakistan visa-vis international sympathizers are definitely poor so much so the government of Iran for affiliation with whom Shiites have been suffering, do not raise any protest against the unfortunate vulnerable position in which Shiites are placed. In Pakistan Shiites are being shot at as the 'Venton' boys of Shakespeare would kill flies or a merciless hunter would kill lame ducks. The facts and figures of Shiite victimization may be part of United Nations Human Rights Violation Record. In the above circumstances, I would humbly request the United Nations relevant segment to find ways and means for coming to the rescue of Shiites in Pakistan for the sake of survival of an enlightened sect of Muslims which is now soft target of atrocities. The critical and chaotic situation which has led to anarchy is sounding threat of civil war. This is because Sharif government for the personal interest of their families cannot act against the wishes of Saudi Arabia where their interests are enormous and whom they always expect to be their ultimate protectors, if they are ever ousted whether by public agitation or the forces that be. The Saudis after their defeat in Syria have been now concentrating on their goal in Pakistan. Their goal is to have a pro-Wahabi establishment in this liberal Islamic state which has 85% population of those sects of Muslims who abhor the very name of Wahabis, for the reason that the Wahabis call all those Muslims polytheists who as their conviction believe that the holy prophet is infallible, he is ever-living and he is not a mortal since according to them he is not made of mud and clay, rather he is manifestation of Divine Light. These Muslims further believe that a despotic monarchy like that of Saudi Arabia is not an Islamic system of government. These Muslims are mal treated during Hajj if they stand by the mausoleum of the Holy Prophet and pay homage to him saying “O, the messenger of Allah we salute thee and we believe that thou art listening to our prayers.” At this juncture the Muslims are roughed up by Saudi ‘Shurtas’ saying this is polytheism. The Saudis do not permit the pilgrims to visit and offer veneration at the sights of the graves desecrated by Saudis in Medina, when they took over per treachery the reins of Ottoman Empire’s fringes in Hejaz. The Taliban have relentlessly been saying that they want the Shariah of Saudi Arabia. The Taliban are on record to have said that Chaudary Iftikhar the former CJ (When he was in office) and Nawaz Sharif are their most favorite persons in Pakistan. Because of his own and his families vested interest, Nawaz Sharif cannot antagonize Taliban and has always been condoning the atrocities of Taliban on the people of Pakistan with the guarantee from the terrorist that he, his family and his interest will always be safe. The parties apprehended to effectively oppose Nawaz Sharif in general elections were scared away from public scene by Taliban.  Who had made open threat to them of their terrorist designs if they appear in public for soliciting votes? In these circumstances when there is extensive and deeply intensive sectarian problem in Pakistan and the clerics are involved in that problem it cannot be expected that any Khomeini will emerge to take Pakistan out of this crisis. Sitting by the dead bodies of scores of victims of Taliban and lamenting their death will not be of any solution. It is genuinely desired by people of Pakistan that let there be a Mustafa Kamal to get them rid of this crisis and chaos.

If one has a look on sociopolitical developments and has a survey of economic picture of Pakistan one is apt to conclude that every dawn of Pakistan has been darker than yester-dusk. It was so up till 5th July 1977, when priestly devil Zia-Ul-Haq imposed martial law and thereafter Pakistan has been gradually pushed into 24 hours dark. After then reins of the country came in hands of his self-claimed spiritual son Nawaz Sharif, the darkness is deepening by passage of each second and that time is not very far when the country will be in bottomless abyss. In 3 wars in India, the number of defense forces casualty taken together was not as high as it has been from Nawaz Sharif’s taking over till today’s (20-1-2014) dawn. This is because of cerebral sterility and the cowardice possessing his heart. If it is not that then Nawaz Sharif is agent of some enemy of Pakistan and fast friend of Israel. Such figure can be found easily either in America or among Saudis. Saudis want to make Pakistan a pro-Wahabi state where from Shias and Sunnis maybe either eliminated or forced to convert to Wahabism. This is declared agenda of Taliban who are the promoters of Sharifs and it is alleged that they have also become relatives of Saudis in these years. Sharifs of Raiwind live about in leisure guarded by hundreds of security personals at the cost of poor nation which has become vulnerable to the wanton zealots i.e. Taliban. Let Sharifs prove their patriotism by sending their young ones to check posts at Banu and Aaray Bazar like targets of the terrorists; if Queen Elizabeth’s sons are available to lay their lives for the sake of defense of Great Britain, Sharifs are no superior to them. They themselves and sons of the companions of the Holy Prophet are amidst the defenders of the faith, how the sons of Sharifs are more sacred then these personalities? If the Holy Prophet himself and his entire family is available for defense of Islam in Karbala, how Sharifs are more precious and more honorable and more sacred then these Holy Personalities. Has anyone from Sharifs even as a lip service offered himself to be at such places which are favorite target of terrorists. Likewise PTI leadership particularly Imran Khan should also announce that he will stand shoulder to shoulder with the targets of the terrorists and should not be so docile as he has been. If such a declaration is made by Sharifs and Imran Khan maybe the terrorist will think more than twice before hitting vulnerable sons of Pakistan.

The main reason behind the crisis in Pakistan is docility of governments while facing clergy. This docility caused riots in 1951 in the name of religion as mentioned elsewhere and elaborately dealt with by two men commission headed by Justice Munir in 1953-54. Later on the same elements staged PENA movement in the name of religion for establishing a government based on the Shariah. Earlier in 1976 a prototype of 1951 agitation had resulted in out-casting Qadianis. Now the clergies leading 1951 and 1976 movements are bitterly poised against each other and have been responsible for genocide in Pakistan taking place in these days. Therefore this gradual receding of the governments in favor of clergy reaches the present day crisis which have made Pakistan similar to the days of Elizabeth first in England:     'The reader is requested to read Riyadh for Rome, Islamabad for West Minister and Saudi Dynasty for Pope.' But unfortunately, Pakistan is not being led by a lady as strong as Elizabeth 1. Still more unfortunately we are to quote Napoleon led by a sheep, we ourselves may be Lions. A sheep earlier had enacted a debacle at Dhaka in 1970-71. More unfortunately leadership besides the Party in Power is similarly sans vision and sans courage. It is rightly apprehended that a time may come -not very late- that their maybe a public uprising without any sagacious leadership and it may work havoc which has often been the fate of societies in crisis without leadership. Local bodies election is a Constitutional responsibility of government. But for army regimes no government in Pakistan has been faithful to the constitution to this extent including the government of ZA Bhutto who were authors of the constitution of 1973. What were the reasons of past government to avoid these elections may not be relevant today but the reasons prevailing these days are obvious ;- 1) The government whether in federation or in provinces are afraid of their exposure and reluctantly they may face a popular uprising against them resulting in further breakdown of Law and Order. 2) But the non-observance of their constitutional obligations has been creating mistrust in the people and they have started realizing that the governments are coward, timid and incompetent on the one hand. They have submitted to the terrorist outfits and on the other they are playing hide and seek with the people like jackal with a Shepard's dog. All these attitudes of the government aggravate the crisis.

US should better cleanse the world of the nuisance created by itself through Saudi Arabia. It should stop genocide of non-Wahhabi Muslims which form 80% of Muslim population, by the Saudi's. All the crimes committed by Taliban, Al-Qaeda, Sipah-e-Sahaba, Lashkar-e-Jhangwi and the likes were possible only with blessings United States. The main purpose for this unholy and inhuman exercise was to reduce Iran to a size acceptable to United States which objective it has certainly achieved by cowing down Iran to its own terms. Therefore their is little need to it to go further in pursuit of these gory devices. Let United States allow mankind to live in peace.

Today's sad event in Muslim world is demise of Hadi (Chief Spiritual Leader) of Shiite sub-denomination i.e. Bohras. Shiites divided into two major groups beside some minor groups which have by now mainly merged into principal Shitte sect who are called Asna-Ashri (Twelvers). The second largest of them called is Ismailis led by Prince Karim Agha Khan. Ismailis were later on divided into Bohras and Agha Khanis. Following are some of the main distinction or difference between Twelvers and Ismailis. Both of them believed in the supremacy and innocence of six Imams from Ali to Jaafir Sadiq. After Imam Jafir Sadiq the Twelvers believe in decedents of Imam Jaafir Saadiq down to Mehdi who according to their belief has gone in hiding and will reassert near the dooms day and will have a direct clash with Anti-Christ. He will rule the world with peace, tranquility and justice Until the clarion call is sounded by Angel Israfil. While Ismailis believe that after Imam Jaafir Sadiq his son Ismail was the rightful Imam and according to them Imam is always present. Whereas according to Twelvers instead of Imam he is represented these days by chief Shiite pontiff. The Bohras believe in 21 Imams and the twenty first Imam Al Tayab too is believe to have gone in hiding and will re-assert in the proximity of the end of the world. During the seclusion of Imam Tayyab he is represented by a Dayyi and Syed Jinab Burhannuddin was 52nd Dayyi. This Shiite sect is most probably a genuine believer of peace. They had established Fatimite Caliphate in Egypt, Yemen and Far-Eastern Islamic zones. Their first Dayyi was Syedna Zoeb ibn Musa al-Wadii. Who died in 1151 AC. The greatest contribution of this sect is establishment of Al-Azar University in Egypt. The departing soul was most popular in the entire world and particularly in the subcontinent for his interest and contributions in promotion of education and health facilities in specific areas of their influence. He was held in high esteem by all those who knew him. He made immense contribution for maintaining and uplifting the shrines of Shiite sacred personalities including Imam Ali, Imam Hussain, Bibi Zainab and the other great personalities of the sect. The Bohras do commemorate sacrifice of Imam Hussain in their own fashion by beating their chests with palms, they perform religious rituals in similar fashion with Twelvers. It is marvelous that they are not involved in any sectarian feuds and keep their religion to themselves. They are financially an independent community and perform their religious obligations. They are most probably a community whose 100% population is educated. In the subcontinent their principal seat is in Bombay. May the departed soul rest in peace. IN continuation of crisis in Pakistan. Next comes assassination of Ch. Aslam Murder. The investigation of this case is also apprehended to unfold mystery of alarming nature. As disclosed by his widow Ch. Aslam never provided bullet proof car by the govt. and the car lent to him by his friend was also withdrawn by the donor. His revolver worth hundred of thousand is also missing. All these intriguing elements in the tragedy deepen the crisis which is due to laxity of the federal and the provincial govts. in matter of combating terrorism.

Sacrifice by Eitizaz Hasan is definitely unprecedented act of chivalry at least in the history of Pakistan where even the personnel especially commissioned to avert such assaults avoid performance of duty. By his sacrifice the young boy has saved a thousand school children to become victims of this brutal exercise of Taliban. This appreciable event took place in Hangu, the hero belonged to Shia community. The KPK government who is believed to be a facilitating agent of Taliban refused to acknowledge the act of heroism fearing displeasure of Taliban. After the federal government, the army chief and other political leaders came out in praise of Aitizaz Hasan, Imran Khan too realized that he should also join the public applause for the hero and snubbed KPK government for its thievish attitude. It was after Imran Khan’s taunt that KPK government filled in the blanks by sending emissary on behalf of the chief minister and the chief minister himself did not pick up the courage to go to Hangu which is irrefutable evidence of his heart beating in Taliban’s frequency as he is a Pathan we cannot call him a coward but he cannot avoid a title of a conspirator. In such a situation when a province of Pakistan is being run by a person like Pervaiz Khattak one can hardly see Pakistan getting out of crisis.

Pakistan has submitted to supremacy of Quran and Sunnah in matters of legislation. For this limitation there can be no answer to what should or should not be the only course for Pakistan is to legislate in accordance with the junctions of Islam. We have to negotiate between religious commands and secular requirements and are not in a position to forgo what is ordained by Holy Quran and Sunnah. If the felony comes within the definition of Qatl-e-Amad that is premeditated murder, the court has no choice but to take head for a head. However the heirs of the deceased have a prerogative to pardon the killer either with specified ransom amount or without it. Recently Chaudary Iftikhar in his anxiety to super impose his views has made this clause of Islamic law almost ineffective in case of Shahrukh Jatoi which was a decision made under pressure of political propaganda and the judge wanted to remain in lime lights in electronic and print media. The so called Ulema and the government did not come out with an effective talent to this view of the court. God knows why. However they are not hanging three Taliban leaders for fear of retaliation by TTP. In these circumstances one cannot expect the legislature, the government or the court to act strictly in accordance with the injunctions of Holy Quran and Sunnah. The above suggestion of Federal government is a device to pass time.

The fact is that the national assembly elected in 1970 general elections was for the whole of Pakistan that is east Pakistan and West Pakistan. This national assembly never assumed office. After the dissolution of Islamic republic of Pakistan as it was defined in 1956 constitution no National Assembly was available after creation Bangladesh. The assembly which enacted the 1973 constitution was not constituent assembly it was rather an assembly to transact business till a constitution was adopted by a regular constituent assembly. The act passed by it has now been challenged by Pervaiz Musharraf on the ground that it is an act of parliment and not a constitution, therefore its abrogation is not treason. This case is going to open Pandora box, the reason is that the author of the complaint lack bona fides!

Pervaiz Musharrafs trial is not being held before a competent court as per defense argument. The court for such a trial has to be constituted by the president of Pakistan whereas the court being faced by Musharraf according to his defense is constituted by chief justice of Pakistan(Chaudary Iftikhar) whose animosity with Musharraf is a fact globally established. Not taking action for October is also a malafidy of government which is obviously out of fear from powers that be. The courtesy visits of the Army Chief have further demoralized the authors of colorful complaint. Unfortunately this segment of crisis is also more than sixty percent attributable to Chaudary Iftikhar. Who for saving his own son Arslan coined traditional excuses of muftis of royal courts of past and has woven a cobweb for his enemies like Musharraf. Should the nation of eighteen hundred million suffer like maize crop by bulls? It is high time that nation and those who claim to be opinion makers launch a movement that Pervaiz Musharraf should be tried along with the Supreme Court judgment referred above and his other allies and collaborators. If it is not done and Musharraf is tried for November proclamation then there will be no end to injustice meted out not to the criminals but to the society.

Personality cult is so corruptive as is reflected in the following statement of as great a scholar and as great a leader as Imam ul Hind Abul Kalam Azad in his weekly Alhilal, Volume 1, July to Dec, 2012 (3)         انہوں نے اسپر بھی زور دیا تھا کہ اھل سنت خارجیوں کو اپنے سے علیحدہ کردیں ۔ جہاں تک میں سمجھتا ھوں ، خارجیوں سے انکا مقصد وہ لوگ ھیں جو باوجود ادعاء تسفن ، یزید وشمراور ابن زیاد کے فضائل و مناقب بیان کرتے ھیں ، اور اس گذشتہ فرقے کو زندہ کرنا چاھتے ھیں ، جو بقول علامہ ان تیمیھ ، یزید کی نبوت کا قائل تھا ! (3) He had also stressed that Ahl-e-sunnat must expel kharjites from their folds. As for as I feel by kharjites, they mean the people who in spite of their claim to be Ahl-e-Tasanun glorify Yazid, Shimar and Ibn-e-Zayad and wish to revive the sect who according to Allama Ibn-e-Taimia believed in the prophet hood of Yazid. ہمارا عقیدہ ہے کہ اگر قیامت کے دن دنیا کے ظالموں کی صفوف عالم فساق وفجار سے الگ قرار دی جائیں گی تو ان میں سب سے پہلی صف یقیناً (بنی امیہ) کی ہوگی۔ انہیں ظالموں نے اسلام کی اس روح و حریت کو غارت ظلم واستبداد کیااور اس کے عین عروج اور نشونما کے وقت اس کی قوت نمو کو اپنے اغراضِ شخصیہ کے لیے کچل ڈالا۔ ان کا اقتدار وتسلط فل الحقیقت " امر بالمعروف کے سدباب کا پہلا دن تھا ۔ نہ صرف یہ ک انھوں نے اسلام کی جمہوریت کو غارت کر کے اسکی جگہ شخصی حکومت کی بنیاد ڈالی جو یقیناً اعتقاد قرآنی کی رو سے کفر جلی ہے۔ بلکہ سب سے بڑا ظلم یہ کیا کہ اظہار حق اور امر بالمعروف کی قوت کو تلوار کے زور سے دبادینا چا ہا، اور مسلمانوں کی حق گوئی کے ترقی کناں ولولے کو مضمحل کر دیا۔ تاھم چونکہ عہد نبوت کا فیضان روحانی اور تعلیم قرآنی کا اثر ابھی بالکل تازہ تھا ، اسلیے اگرچہ طرح طرح کی بدعات اور محدثات و معاصی کا بازار گرم ہو گیا تھا لیکن پھر بھی امر بالمعروف کی آواز کی گرج کوفہ ودمشق کے ایوان ومحل کو لرزا دیتی تھی ۔ ساٹھ برس کی ایک بڑھیا برسر دربار بلائی جاتی تھی اور (معاویہ ) کے سامنے بے دھڑک اپنے وہ اشعار جوش وخروش کے ساتھ پڑھتی تھی، جنمیں میں نہ صرف حضرت امیر علیہ السلام کے مناقب ہوتے تھے بلکہ کھلے کھے لفظوں میں بنی امیہ کے فضائح و مثالب بیان کیے گئے تھے۔ عبدالمالک جیسا بارعب اور جبروت شہنشاہ مدینے آتا تھاتو اس کے دروانے سے گلیم پوش فقراؤ صحالیک نکلتے تھے اور سر دربار اسکو ظالم بتلاتے تھے۔ تاریخ میں ہم صدھا واقعات کے ضمن پڑھتے ہیں کہ (حجاج) کے سامنے اسکی بے نیا م تلوار رکھی رہتی تھی، لیکن جانفروش مومن آتے تھے، اور اسکی تلوار کو حقارت سے دیکھکر اپنی شمشیر حق گوئی سے خود اسکے دل کومجروح کر دیتے تھے۔ This is our conviction that if on the Day of Judgment, the tyrants or lined-up in queues, distinct and separate from ordinary vile and wishes, the most enormous are all shall definitely be that of Umayyads. They were the tyrants, who with oppression and atrocity wrecked Islam’s very soul of freedom. This they did, during days of Islam’s growth development and ascendency and trampled its very potential of progress, for achieving their impious goal. The day of their gaining power and denomination was in fact opening day of closure of “Rule of Virtue”. Not only that the ruined the democracy of Islam but they also established despotic rule which according to the tenet of the Quran blatant infidelity. Still greater was enormity of their atrocity when they attempted to silence the voice of truth and with power of sword violated the “ Rule of Virtue” and annihilated the progressing surge of Muslims dauntless veracity. As the effect of spiritual beneficence of the Holy Prophet’s time and influence of teachings of the Quran were just fresh, therefore, although there were numerous deviations and innovations rampant yet, the roar of “Rule of Virtue” would now and then jolt the Courts of the Damascus and Kufa. A sixty year old lady was summoned she in immediate presence of Muawiya fearlessly and forcefully recited numbers embracing eulogy of حضرت امیر علیہ السلام, rather there would be in clear words open condemnation of the vices and evils of Banu Omaya. Whenever the emperor awful and formidable like Abdul Malik would enter Madina, the destitute and have-nots dressed in wools would stage exit from the gates of Madina and would in open court denounce him a “tyrant”. The history records hundreds of such occasions when in the immediate presence of Hajaj with his naked sword in front of him the intrepid faithful would come look down upon his sword and cause him heart burning.

No one was as vulnerable for Mal performance as Chaudary Iftikhar is therefore none of them has ever claimed nor do they need it. Chaudary Iftikhar is going to be a factor for further aggravated position in Pakistan. He has shaken the foundations of the state as he has introduced magisterial dictatorship in Pakistan, which was one of the causes of decline of Roman empire. He has usurped even the sovereignty which according to constitution of Pakistan belongs to Allah Almighty alone as everyone else is to be subordinate to his whim and he himself is not answerable to any law of the state. Most probably the force which encouraged them to do so are terrorist organizations like TTP, Sipah-e-Sahaba, lashakr-e-Jhangwi etc. to whom he is subservient and acts under their dictates. For his these relations with terrorist organizations the government of Pakistan is too afraid of him. This treatment which Chaudary Iftikhar is getting may prove to be fatal to the country which is already threatened by the fore said before and recently by MQM. Ironically today his fans in Attock Bar Association forced a strike with a call that why Pervez Musharraf is given security and why it is denied to Chaudary Iftikhar. By implication it means that Chaudary Iftikhar also deserves to be tried for high treason and then led to court in a security cover like Pervaiz Musharraf and this is what he really deserves.

Maybe for his performance as judge or chief justice of Pakistan he feels that he has not been just and fair. Particularly his leaning towards terrorist organization. He apprehends a backlash from those who have been victimized and targeted by the terrorists. His son has amassed billion of rupees. He can provide himself cover of any scale and standard therefore chaudary iftikhar must take pity on this poor nation and arrange for a security through the ill gotten sources of his son who is always keeping company with him at public occasions. In my experience of fifty years at bar we have always found people respecting the retired judges with greater veneration then while they were in chair. Chaudary Iftikhar has always been citing though without meaning it, Hazrat Umer as his ideal. It is a fact that Hazrat Umer never kept a security guards regiment with him while he was in office. Although this great caliph was assassinated yet the caliphs succeeding him also did not maintain any security guards. Though the third caliph Usman was also martyred and his successor the 4th caliph whose enemies were Kharjites always boasting of their designs to kill him. Yet Ali did not recruit anyone to give him a security cover. Therefore no righteous person and no righteous judge apprehend harm from the society if he has any apprehensions he should not burden the exchequer of a poor nation. For the last four decades Muslim world has seen numerous massacres of alarming magnitude. Wherein Muslims have been slain by Muslims themselves. These murders have no motive in disputes about wealth, women or land. The butcher doesn’t know who is slaughtered by him nor the slain knows who has slain him and why. The aggressor claims that he was justified to take the life or lives and for that he shall surely be awarded a space in paradise because the victim or victims though believed in and recited the Kalma-e-Taeeba yet the victims believed in rituals of a sect which was different to that of the butcher. If we go through the annals of the Muslim history we find that such scenes had been enacted even in the earlier days. The shortest answer, to the anxiety of these gory scenes about locating the motives for the same, is that difference of sects among Muslims provides justification for the butcher for his criminal acts. It is for this reason that the reasons for the creation of the sects, their historicity and the reasons for the same must be dispassionately located. Therefore, we are working on political and sectarian divides among Muslims and their historicity. We will intermittently write on Facebook parts of our research on the Subject and the efforts made by reformers to create cohesive existence among the Ummah. Today, they dominate the policies of Christian community of the world and also of a number of muslim states courtesy Saudi Arabia, in-spite of Christians and Muslims each community for its own reasons being against the other and also against the jews. Jews’ also nurture hatred against both of them. Hence, disintegration of Muslims is nothing strange, however; revival of Islam of the Holy Prophet requires unity among Muslims and their sincerity with their belief. It is possible only if personality cult is divorced. The misfortune is that the personality cult continue to afflict the Muslims since earlier then the battles at Jamal, Sifin and Nahrwan. The historians with objectivity have described this pathetic situation as summed up by Syed Ameer Ali in his marvellous work, The Spirit of Islam. This work for more than a century remains acknowledged as authentic thesis. He says “The Church of Muhammad like the Church of Christ has been rent by internecine divisions and strives. Difference of opinion on abstract subjects, about which there cannot be any certitude in a finite existence, has always given rise to greater bitterness and a fiercest hostility than ordinary differences on matters within the range of Human cognition. The disputes respecting the nature of Christ deluged the earth with the blood of millions; the question of Freewill in man caused if not the same amount of bloodshed, equal trouble in Islam. The claim to infallibility on the part of the Pontiffs of Rome convulsed Christendom to its core; the infallibility of the people and of the Fathers became in Islam the instrument for the destruction of precious lives.” The figure of millions of lives quoted by the celebrated author in case of Christianity, has been outnumbered by many millions more, in case of Muslims during the fourteen centuries. The recent crisis in Muslim countries on the globe have witnessed blood-shed by Muslims themselves both in wars and terrorist activities which may match be equal in volume to genocide in two World Wars put together. These lives of Muslims have been taken by Muslims on the pretext of obedience to Allah’s command and for His pleasure. Is there any solution to this centuries old gory problem and if there is a solution how to implement it. What are the factors which prompt killings of Muslims by Muslims and which are the factors hindering reformative efforts. A dispassionate and God fearing analysis alone can give answer to the root cause of the divides and divisions. The people who benefit from this problem, they and their collaborators have been creating and continuing to create all possible obstacles against reforming the situation. They do not even let the efforts for finding out ways and means for achieving cohesive existence among Muslims amidst their differences of sects and denominations. When one reads Jewish Encyclopaedia one is shocked to read the slanders made by the Jews about the status of the Holy Christ and the pious Marry. But for more than a century the Christians and Jews abreast with their respective creeds, have adopted a cohesive existence and have, as one formation though not one nation, been ruling the world. There is a saying attributed to the Holy Prophet which does not reach the status of authentic one, however it is believed by a great number of Muslim scholars that the Holy Prophet had said, “There will be seventy two sects among Muslims and only one of them will go to paradise and the rest will not.” It may be noted that number 72 is a number for exaggeration, which means that the sects may be more than many. The Muslims are forewarned against divisions by the Holy Quran where Allah says “O you who believe hold fast to the Divine rope and don’t segregate.” The phenomenon of division is found in every religious community and not only among Muslims. Among the religions of the descendants of Prophet Ibrahim the smallest community is that of Jews, yet there divisions are greater in number than those of the Muslims. The Christians are also divided into numerous denominations and sub-denominations. Likewise among the believers of Aryan religions like Hinduism, Buddhism and Zoroastrians etc. this phenomenon is predominantly present. Why do believers in religions suffer divisions? In this respect some reasons maybe common in case of all religion along with additional specific reasons for each. So far as specific reasons for division among Muslims are concerned they will be separately dealt with. Some of the common reasons for emergence of divisions among religions may be enumerated as under; - 1. Although the new entrants in the fresh religion are sincere and zealous to the call yet, they can hardly get rid of jealousies afflicting their earlier life. 2. When a religion challenges the existing system it attracts only the neglected class of society but after it gains ground the upper class people join its fold and this factor creates hot burning among the earlier converts and the new comers. 3. After entering its fold in new religion in haste or out of anxiety to taste the charm of the new religion they find that their expectations are not likely to be fulfilled. They either resile from the conversion or start conspiring against their new faith. 4. The upper class of society who have joined the faith make conspiracies. Such people are called hypocrites while in politics they are called the fifth columnist. 5. The clergies of the religion whether Pandats or Priests practice religion not as a mission but as a profession and thus it becomes the only source of sustenance for them. This practice of the clerics divides the societies in a fashion as political rival do in politics. They make their religious institution as shops and sell their versions of religion as merchandise. This last factor is the main instrument of divisions among the believers which gradually creates blood feud among co-believers. Further factors and reasons for division among Muslims are as follow ;- a) Soon after the Holy Prophet, Muslims in Madina confronted the issue that who might succeed him. In this respect there were three opinions:- i) The Ansar claimed that as they had supported the Holy Prophet who had to escape persecution of himself and his followers at Makah therefore they alone were entitled to succeed him. In Madina the Prophet was welcomed along with his companions called Muhajirin and the residents of Madina helped the migrants to settle there, sharing their belongings with the settlers including for settling their households they went so far as to part with one of their wives for the sake of a migrant needing one. The Ansar put up Saad Bin Abada as their candidate but they were better advised to abide by the command of the Holy Prophet 'Imams must be from Quresh' ii) When it came to Quresh a question arose whether there should be an election or nominations of the Holy Prophet should be followed; because at the farewell pilgrimage the Holy Prophet had nominated Ali to be his successor but last of all he had delegated leadership of prayers to Abu Bakar. Therefore, the choice was limited either Abu Bakr or Ali. Ultimately Abu Bakr was chosen to lead the newly established republic although Saad Bin Abada kept distance for the rest of his life from the affairs of the republic. Yet Ali continued cooperating with Abu Bakr. However Abu Sufiyan who was a prominent figure at Makah and leader of Ummayads approached Ali saying Abu Bakr belonged to a minor clan and why the progeny of Abdul Munaf should accept his command and instigated Ali to rise against this arrangement but Ali replied in harsh words saying that a hypocrite’s persuasion would not prevail upon him. Later on during the era of the third Caliph some groups making his election a core dispute started fanning political controversy which subsequently led to manifestation of two rival groups one called Shian-e-Ali and the other Shian-e-Usman. The martyrdom of Hazrat Usman widened the gulf between the two groups and gradually the term Shian-e-Usman faded away and the attribute Shian-e-Ali survived and shortened as Shias. The rest were Sunnis. These two groups were bitterly poised against each other at the battle of Jamal which took place between Ummal Momineen Aisha and Ameer Ul Momineen Ali. Though the battle ended in truce yet its lingering effects continued to cause deep impressions in the future. Later on, the battle of Siffin between Muawiya and Ali which remained indecisive because of the device of arbitration made identification marks of the fighting groups Muawiya leading the Ummayads and Ali leading the Hashmites the two clans being arch rivals of each other in history of Quresh. As a consequence of failure of arbitration a group from Ali's army revolted against him. Though defeated they invented a new creed in Islam and for this reason they were called Kharjites, meaning the rebels who quit the society. These Kharjites did not recognize the rest of the communities as muslim. They do not acknowledge the parties at Jamal and Safin to be Muslims. They are ritualistic and orthodox in their piety. By now Shias and Sunnis have been suffering personality cult and the personages mentioned above are held by the respective parties to be immune from any error and they are to be venerated and to be followed without any criticism. This personality cult is equivalent of Carlyl’s Hero Worship. It is a fact that during the Ummayads’ period this personality cult was engrained in the minds of majority of Muslims so deep that they ignoring the erotic and bacchanalian life style of Yazid believed him to be Ameer ul Momineen and till date if one happens to have a chance to the book stalls at Makah and Madina during the Hajj period he will find free of cost a book entitled " امیر المومنین یزید" . There is irrefutable evidences in Yazid’s taunt to Zainab Binte Ali when he said that he has taken revenge of assassination of Atba, Uteba and Waleed by Hamza, Ali and Ubeada in the battle of Badr at the opening dual of the fight. The victors were Hasmites while the victims were Ummeyads. As Abu Suffiyan father of Mauavia i.e. grandfather of Yazid was expecting to be crowned as king of Makah and advent of the Holy Prophet made his dreams failed. The old rivalry between the tribes were further sharpened. The defeat in battle of Badr suffered by Quresh under the command of Abbu Suffiyan added fire to the hot burning of Ummeyads. Abu Suffiyan’s wife Hind was extremely hostile to the Prophet and his family and in the battle of Auhd she had desecrated the dead body of Hamza who was brother of the Holy Prophet’s father and was victor in the dual of Badr. She chewed the liver and heart of Hamza and made necklace of his ears, wearing it hand in hand with Wahshi, the assassin of Hamza, Hind boasted of her tribes victory and even after conversion she has shown insolence to the Holy Prophet. These indelible impressions on the minds of Ummeyads against Hashmiats have been surfacing and finding manifestation as and when the climate was congenial for them. According to sociologists’ man travelled from myth to magic from magic to religion and now from religion to science. The ages of myth and magic are not relevant to our subject, therefore, we can conveniently bypass them. The oldest record of religions available to us is in the Bible and we are directly concerned with two major religions of the Bible i.e. Judaism and Christianity and the latest version of the religions of House of Ibrahim namely Islam. Islam does not claim to be a new faith its claim is that it is in the continuity of the earlier religions rather the source of Islamic faith is the religion of Ibrahim. Of course Judaism and Christianity in spite of clear mention of Prophet of Islam in the Bible do not have the courage or courtesy to admit this fact revealed to the Holy Christ, Moses or other Apostles. This is experience of Muslims that religion has been exploited more as a bone of contention, the contention degenerating into feud and finally as soul of terrorism. This is not only in the contemporary world. Muslims’ past is no exception to it. In fact Islam which was a binding force has been exploited by the clerics and so called jurists, a means to earn bread. They adopted it as such. The Muslims courts and Government for keeping the community in conflict and confusions need their services. There is a cry in the Muslims world that 2 states viz. the Saudis and Iran are behind terrorists organizations who produced terrorists, brain washed to kill the co-believers for differences which are neither religious nor political but they erupt from personality cult which cult is worse than idolatry. Therefore, not Islam but personality cult is the cause of this nuisance in the Muslims world. Having anticipated the harm of personality cult which may afflict the Muslims, Ali had given his choice of personalities to be based on انما نعرف الرجال بالحق ولا الحق با لرجال۔" meaning thereby verily we give a recognition to man on the touch stone of Haq (Truth) and we do not make Truth subservient to man. Chaudary Iftikhar is answerable for such attitude of wanton boys, it is he who taught people have your redress through street power instead of going to judiciary because he refused to face charges before supreme judicial council and rushed to street for seeking relief through exercise of violence. He has done damage to the authority of judiciary rendering it weak. It is for this reason that the wanton boys now think that they are to execute the judicial orders and enforce judicial decrease, little caring for the fact that judiciary itself has adequate resources to enforce its orders. Saner politicians must discourage street violence on the pretext that through this manner they will enforce decrees/orders of courts.

Abu Suffiyan’s wife Hind was extremely hostile to the Prophet and his family and in the battle of Auhd she had desecrated the dead body of Hamza who was brother of the Holy Prophet’s father and was victor in the dual of Badr. She chewed the liver and heart of Hamza and made necklace of his ears, wearing it hand in hand with Wahshi, the assassin of Hamza, Hind boasted of her tribes victory and even after conversion she has shown insolence to the Holy Prophet. These indelible impressions on the minds of Ummeyads against Hashmiats have been surfacing and finding manifestation as and when the climate was congenial for them. According to sociologists’ man travelled from myth to magic from magic to religion and now from religion to science. The ages of myth and magic are not relevant to our subject, therefore, we can conveniently bypass them. The oldest record of religions available to us is in the Bible and we are directly concerned with two major religions of the Bible i.e. Judaism and Christianity and the latest version of the religions of House of Ibrahim namely Islam. Islam does not claim to be a new faith its claim is that it is in the continuity of the earlier religions rather the source of Islamic faith is the religion of Ibrahim. Of course Judaism and Christianity in spite of clear mention of Prophet of Islam in the Bible do not have the courage or courtesy to admit this fact revealed to the Holy Christ, Moses or other Apostles. This is experience of Muslims that religion has been exploited more as a bone of contention, the contention degenerating into feud and finally as soul of terrorism. This is not only in the contemporary world. Muslims’ past is no exception to it. In fact Islam which was a binding force has been exploited by the clerics and so called jurists, a means to earn bread. They adopted it as such. The Muslims courts and Government for keeping the community in conflict and confusions need their services. There is a cry in the Muslims world that 2 states viz. the Saudis and Iran are behind terrorists organizations who produced terrorists, brain washed to kill the co-believers for differences which are neither religious nor political but they erupt from personality cult which cult is worse than idolatry. Therefore, not Islam but personality cult is the cause of this nuisance in the Muslims world. Having anticipated the harm of personality cult which may afflict the Muslims, Ali had given his choice of personalities to be based on انما نعرف الرجال بالحق ولا الحق با لرجال۔" meaning thereby verily we give a recognition to man on the touch stone of Haq (Truth) and we do not make Truth subservient to man.
